I’m an OTR Truck driver and I use this exact model. This dash cam has saved my life and career. I’ve been brake checked and had someone pull out in front of me on the highway. Both would of been my fault if I didn’t have this dash cam. Will never drive without this dash cam.
when its "Shock-Activated" and car is off(dash cam can not use car bettery)if Something happend to car,dash cam will use its own battery to record that or it needs car battery anyway?
Thanks for the vid. About the parking mode, so if a car drives by, the camera won't be activated? Only if that car hits your car then it would be activated? Thanks.
Great job on the video. I'm still a little confused about the WIFI portion of the camera. Does it connect using the 4G of the phone? Or Bluetooth? What if you're in an area where there's no signal for the 4G WIFI? Thank You.
This device includes WIFI，You turn on the wifi on the ROAV Dashcam itself then you just need to use your smartphone to search the ROAV dashcam in Wifi settings and connect. That's it. Sorry to respond late. Hope it helps.
Diana Med I'm sure you have figured it out by now but incase you haven't..I just installed mine in a 2016 Civic. I imagine the interior is similar if not the same. Don't be shy about pulling on the plastic panels. Be gentle though so it doesn't break. I pulled them all out a little bit to tuck the wire in and now none of the wire can be seen except the part coming out of the camera and the part coming out of the car charger. Hope that helps, good luck.

Yes，You are right. A car driving by will not activate the parking mode, only if something hits the car.
Hey installing the cable this was isnt going to damage eventual side airbag opening

I tried installing the camera on a Honda civic 2019 it doesn't stay hiden thru the window small space. tape doesn't work.
