I've been adding 8 -10 of your workouts a week to my Ultra training plan for the last 6 weeks and noticing huge gains in stability. Haven't rolled an ankle on the trail since (which is epic for me) and ITB/knee issue is slowly improving. Thanks heaps for great workouts. Even recommended them to my physio!
im so happy to hear that! strength and stability really play a big role in ultra trail running as so much strength and stability is required. make sure you keep up with the strength work and add some mobility work in as well to keep the body going strong
Thank You👍, I did this routine for the first time last Sunday after my long run and the tightness in my lower back - my ‘nemesis’ - the dreaded Quadratus Lumborum- felt so much better!!
thanks for this workout Vlad! Im still recovering from COVID and decided to do some exercise for the first time in a week and this was perfect, especially with the longer breaks. will definitely try some more of your workouts as I ease back into running, stability is so important!
Thank you for sharing these videos with all of us! Really appreciate the reminders about how to incorporate these into the training to stay strong and prevent injury. Love it!
This is perfect for me as part of my fitness / running program is to add Core and Stability routines. I’ll return to this video time and again, I’m sure. Cheers mate.
You all probably dont care but does anybody know a trick to log back into an Instagram account?? I was stupid lost my account password. I would love any assistance you can offer me.
This is perfect, thank you! Apologies if I've missed it but would love to see a video for a pre-run warm up that is short but efficient. Family commitments means I have limited windows for runs but want to ensure I get key muscles etc warmed up before heading out. I tend to focus on gluet activation warm ups but I'm sure there are some other key areas I also need to focus on.....
Great video again! I love your videos and looking forward to more! 🙏👌🙏 It’s so easy to add this short workouts into my morning routine without making my body tiered and getting ready for a run. Love it
@@VladIxel absolutely! Twice a week like clockwork. Once before a run and one after a long cycling day. Next step is adding a tempo run/mobility training day to my plan. Working towards my first 5k, which should lead me to my first half marathon
This is phenomenal, thank you so much for these videos and those on your IG! Any chance you might do a glute-circuit video as well? That'd be tremendous for folks like me, who struggle getting that glutei activation on the trails!
Thanks for this video! It’s great core exercises as I get back into running coming back from injury. Quick question: what is the name of the mobile app that you used for the timer? I’d love to get it for my workouts.
I really appreciate these videos. I’m training for my first ever half marathon and I want to work on functional running strength to prevent injuries as I up my mileage. Your strength workouts are great because I can do them at home without spending loads of time, and I can do them without burning my body out and ruining my runs. I think these will be really helpful if I stay consistent with them. Thanks!
"It's a double run day, the perfect day for... ________________" Vlad: a core workout Me: ice cream and nap Another great video. I can't believe how much my endurance and strength have improved in 2 1/2 weeks following your plan! Now for some ice cream.
2-3 times a week but make sure you do some of the other strength workouts as well as stability of the feet and glute strength will be super important for you
Unfortunatelly it's impossible to hit the like button more than once. Like your workouts!
Vlad, still using these strength workout videos to this day, appreciate your effort to us runners!

How many times would you do core, mobility and strength workout in a week?
I would look for 4 strength sessions, 2 mobility and 2 core every week
"It's a double run day, the perfect day for... ________________"
Vlad: a core workout
Me: ice cream and nap
Another great video. I can't believe how much my endurance and strength have improved in 2 1/2 weeks following your plan! Now for some ice cream.
Great routine! As always very helpful!
Great workout, just wondering is this the only workout you do Weekly or this is just part 1 only?
Thank you! do you mean for core or in general?
@@VladIxel yes
Hi Vlad. Any more core workout? Thank you
More to come!

Awesome video! What timer app do you use?
thank you! It's called " Seconds" i think its was $5 - there are many other free ones out there
I'm training for my first 100 miler at the moment and wanna get my core strong. How often would you recommend doing this routine? Thanks for the vid!
2-3 times a week but make sure you do some of the other strength workouts as well as stability of the feet and glute strength will be super important for you
@@VladIxel thanks mate!
Is it better to do this routine before or after a run?
After if if you can and try and have few hours between the run and workout - best not doing it right after the run
Thank's mate!
You're welcome!
For each break and workout, what was your individual splits?
40sec work, 20sec rest
Too easy? NOPE! LOL Great workout. Thank you.
You're so welcome!
🤙
