I'm just starting this. I was training in weight lifting when I got fibro. Well now 25 yrs later I'm healed from Fibromyalgia but have back and hip issues. I have weened myself off pain meds after 10 years 🙃. I found you and I am so excited to get moving and stretching ☺. This morning video is perfect for me right now , I am very tight.
Day two of my workout complete!!!! Yayyyy At 6 am. I started with a 10 minute morning stretch which was nice and quick!! Then i did a grow with jo walking workout!! Didnt do it all but yesterday finished my first full video!! And now im finishing up with this on my bed. Im super excited for my journey i have work in like 2 hours

So im working more on stretching my body and mobility because my body is very stiff and tense, ive been having mid back pain. So yeah. I weight 105 lbs i want to gain a bit a weight as well.
I am a CRPS patient that stuck in bed time to time due to painful flares.(like in last 8 days) I was so sad that I couldn’t do your gentle Plates sessions. Thank you for this video 🙏🏻

Im very new to this and before I commit to a class, I decided to use your channel. These simple exercises made me realize how tight my body is. And I definitely felt an old injury in my shoulder just from lifting my arms up, but I was a good feeling though, like I'm working my arm right. But those clam shells had my hips screaming, I couldn't open my legs much 😫 😅 Thank you for your channel 🙏
Thank you. Chronic pain sufferer here, I'm also incredibly fatigued as part of it. I don't like how a lot of bed/sofa workouts are for "lazy people", this one was very accessible. 💙

I’m trying to get back into doing Pilates again ( with you 😉) and was looking for something i could do in bed, wherever I was having a SI joint flare up. Or just when I was achy, or just to loosen up, And this is perfect! Is this also good to do before bed? Thank you so much for what you do! Love you and all your videos 🥰♥️🥰
Love this video! I'm going to start doing this on mornings where it's hard for me to get going out of bed. I did notice though, you only did the leg stretch on one side. Isn't it important to do that on both sides? My chiro said never stretch just one side as it can cause imbalances
Love this, as sometimes I struggle with getting my mat out at night after working late. And this would be nice to wake up with...though my instructor calls the bent leg fallout a butterfly. I guess the leg(s) dropping is like the wings moving (we do single leg and both legs, but the breathing changes between the two).
I have POTs and this helps a lot when I can't get out of bed because exercise is the number 1 thing that makes me feel better, well maybe #2 after salt

Nice workout, except at about 3:17, there's a skip and we never do 2 of the exercises on the left leg.
