    Yo I just gotta tell you that the day I watched this video I was crying in pain. I couldn't get to sleep because I worked for 14 hours cleaning, I know dumb move but there was a time crunch for my sibling to get their house cleaned. But I watched this video and oh my goodness it helped so much, I was actually in so much pain that I was about to go to the hospital, so thanks for saving me a lot of money and a lot of pain. I've been stretching almost every day and my body rarely hurts anymore. Thank you again.

    I’ve been dealing with pretty bad lower back pain for a week now and I started powering through some stretches earlier and was looking for something I could do in bed. These helped, I really felt them in my lower back:) I will be doing this daily even after my back is better, I don’t want this to happen again 😣

    This was so helpful, I was trying to do meditation today but my back was not having it I could barely sit up straight without feeling extreme pain and now my posture feels great after doing this barely 2x

    as a 14 year old who has been suffering from back pain (possibly genetic? but mainly caused by posture and not being mindful [by genetic i mean that my dad has chronic pain and so does my grandfather, i think my dads is from military but my grandfather hasn’t served so i am not truly sure]) this has helped so much thank you!!!

      I’m 17 but have had back pain since middle school. The things that helped me most was to exercise, lower stress, and stop slouching all the time/laying in bed, but still, the pain will just pop up sometimes and it’s so aggravating. One time I had it during school and as soon as the lunch bell rang I went straight to the field and laid on the grass, it seems to help a lot to lie flat on the ground. Anyways, hope your problems are getting better, you are not alone!!

    I went to physiotherapy for back pain but i dint get time to do stretches so I got my pain back and I forgot the stretches he showed it to me…I saw your video and now I remember these are the stretches he showed me…it relived my back pain back then I got my back pain again so I am going to do it daily…thank you

    My lower back pain is really bad today that I'm having difficulty walking. Especially after long day work, then after laying down, It will really hurt a lot to go back up. Right now I'm laying down and this video really helped my back relax. Thank you.

    How long I should do this exercises to feel better?

      It's different for everyone depending on what your specific diagnosis is, how long you've had it, and how your body reacts. So it's very different for everyone. In general, it can take 6-8 weeks of consistent treatment before feeling any long term benefits.

    Felt relive i was having pain in gym while doin bench press all strches are great but specially the last hamstring stretch i mean who thounght that hamstring is related to lower back thanks doctor jo it just shows your knowledge and how great physio u are with all d knowledge

    I was in a car accident in May 2020 and hurt my back big time. I stop going to different doctors appointments because it only gets worse. I’m just checking in with this one now while laying on my bed. I started doing it and it is painful. I hope it will get better. I’ll just take some pain killers and go to sleep and I’ll find out tomorrow morning if I can do it again or not. Thank you for the tips.

    gave out my back while letting myself drop on a reclining chair...never again, had ice cream on my hand but anyways, did i felt a sharp pain as i sat down from it a little too fast. so it eventually got worse over time and at night it was a pain to lay down and getting up and i did some of the exercises i could in my condition and i slept great! even when i woke up, i did them again because i didn't want to get up with a frozen back just incase and thought i warm my back up before doing so and i got up without any discomfort. even as im sitting down, i still feel the tireness in my back from yesterday but i will be including these exercises daily when im ready to sleep and when i wake up. great vid!

    Okay tbh at first I didn't think it would help it felt painful because I've never stretched like this before but as I did each one, one by one I feel a lot better not only did I stretch but I popped some bones or whatever too so that felt good had to be quite careful because I have a weak knee and it dislocated so thank you very much
