Thats so true. I feel the same. This game gets a lot of vibes from that two games. The music, the style along with new features of course. So good game. I wish they get this idea and our feedback and starting doing more series abaout this. Turning back the dragees could be nice too as the other games to make It more "Magic"
@@katblackwellone of the guys who composed this masterpiece commented on another video for this track, according to him the company had already finalized the soundtrack by the time they finished writing this. This was a last minute input. 🥲
The first time I paused and left it long enough to hear the melodies I fell in love instantly. Simply constructed yet so powerful. This game is remarkable and I CAN NOT put it down.
After finishing the game, exploring every nooks and cranny of it four times (one for each house), obtaining all of the achievements and understanding the entire lore, but also the consequences (real and hypothetical) of every choice possible in it (even though there is MASSIVE railroading sometimes)... I find myself wondering. Especially when I'm listening to that music. Hogwarts Legacy is a game with a background that is suffused in tragedies. They are everywhere and started centuries before the Main Character was ever born. You litterally see the characters growing, but you also see very quickly that for some of them, the future is horribly bleak. Not even counting the possible foreshadowing of your own fate a certain woman gives you. A fate that is waiting impatiently for you if you take the wrong decision or are not careful with your powers. In this game, you learn VERY quickly that sometimes, good intentions can and WILL drag you to damnation if you get too complacent. When I think back about the game while listening that music, I only have one question in mind : what actually corrupt the unwary quicker ? Ancient magic with its almost uniqueness and massive power ? Or Dark magic with it's power and (apparently) addictive nature, able to corrupt even someone who was just desperate for a miracle cure ?
Thank you for this, currently writing a review for Hogwarts Legacy and listing to this, got 40:25.17 on record as of now. Absolutely incredible game. We’ll look back in this video in a few years and remember all of the great moments that came with this game. Cheers all 🥂
I haven't been paying attention to this game at all but I typically take a second look at games when they put this much thought into things as basic as the **Pause Menu Music.**
How is it possible that the most desired music, like this one (also graphorn ride and dark vivarium theme), is absent from the soundtrack. Like, how this can even happen ??? And its not hogwarts legacy only problem. Almost every film/game score albums are always lacking crucial themes that is adored by fans. And 90% of the soundtrack are filler tracks that nobody appreciates on their own. This is insane.
This pause music is amazing and always made me think back at the Gladiator theme. If someone wants the longer more epic version, here you go: ua-cam.com/video/LQA8kCu1xEQ/v-deo.html
My God what awful music to have to endure while paused... It's like a test of how long you can listen before you give in to its depressive tones and just end it all. Honestly some of the most somber, lonely, "end of existence" bars I've ever heard in my life. It's unfortunate, I'll have to just leave the game running rather than pause if I have to step away for any time.
To everyone else this music is on par with gta 5 pause music that makes you reflect on oneself just a little deeper than you normally would What you expressed here is actually a projection of your own not ours, you're definitely a depressive person
I paused the game and let it for ten minutes just to realise how amazing this is… Just like prisoner of Azkaban and chamber of secrets pause menu ..

@@ibaipinto2949 since the release of Hogwarts legacy I keep listening to my favourite chamber of secrets pause menu.. man the nostalgia…
These should be included in the main soundtrack album as well!
i don't understand why the pause menu music is never part of the official soundtrack...
Me neither! It's criminal that they didn't include it; it's one of the best tracks in the game...

I was amazed when I first heard this. This doesn’t sound like a track from a Harry Potter game. This so wonderful.

Such a great theme. Love listening to it while looking through the Field Guide.

Sounds funny, but this one is indeed my favourite song of the game ☺
gonna remix this something chronic
This reminds me of
Same
Es muy relajante y me encanta este tema.... Lo tendré en mis playlist
I wish this was part of the official soundtrack. The final boss battle music with ranrok wasn’t part of the soundtrack either. Idk why
Flawless Victory
I pause the game on my Xbox when it’s time to sleep. It’s so relaxing.
It’s really beautiful
PlayStation menu music material right here.
thanks for this!
My god🙏

🌹❤️🌹 this game is amazing
Could you make an hour long loop of this track? It’s really immersive and soulful
I could try record longer in game. You can loop directly on YT. Right click -> Loop.
@@quantumforce11 not when you are on phone
@@mrsgamer9218 Yeah you can. Just expand the options menu and there's the option to loop it.
Reminds me of Man of Steel.
Where is this track?? Genuinely one of the best pieces of music in the game.
Its when you pause the game
@@Fxbio I know that haha. I meant like where is it available to stream? It isn't on the official soundtrack.
