It's all public, but for this particular mod we haven't included it in our collection releases. If you really want to try it, just reach us out in our Discord server.
It's inside the bigfile, specifically replacing the high LOD models with ours. You don't need to modify any code to play custom models in Time Trial, but to make it work on every mode you need to modify the code that's responsible on loading the model files (LOAD_DriverMPK). Want to find out more? Just return to the server, zord :P
