Yessss do more of these please!!! Especially 2 handed stuff! There is so much stuff on UA-cam about one handed bowling and it would be nice to get some real pro knowledge on 2 handed bowling
tbh no thumb is very non-competitive. There are too many inconsistencies in terms of control from what I've seen with palming the ball that either just adding the second hand or the thumb would solve almost immediately. Not meaning to sound like it's impossible to get better -- I have seen some pretty good bowlers palm the ball -- but for the great majority people it probably creates a ceiling that is impossible to break through.
Same and im broke without any ball always have to rent shoes and use a house ball because I've been unemployed and haven't been able to afford my own ball which I so desperately need...
DTANG!!! You are so accessible, wise, kind, yet firm. I’m not a 2H, but bowl with one (whom I plan to share this video with)…but the most important thing that you said was that in practice work on what is behind the foul line. So true!!! Thanks for letting us in!
As a fellow two hander thats new to the game (started at March) thank you for having this, i needed it so bad. I need to improve and be more consistent. I began at a 100 avg to now 140-150 avg. I would love to see more of these kinds of contents. Thank you D-Tang and Jessie, yall the best!
Honestly D Tang that was the best vid. So many people just do ball videos but that was incredibly valuable to bowlers. Keep up with this new series it was fire.
Darren I’m a 2 hander that just started bowling, I watched this video then rolled in my league last night, bowled basically 30 pins over my average every game. Thanks for the help man keep it up
Yes please do more of these brother! It’s never too late to learn new things. I just got into bowling very recently and I am a fan of all the bowling centers in Nevada. ( I’ve live here my whole life so it bias) but seriously. Please do more of these. Keep up the good work!
So many good two-handed bowling tips in this video. Please do more!! His release/form definitely looked more natural and better after the adjustments you gave him.
Awesome episode, I wish I was a crazy rich asian so I could fly you and Jesse out for bowling, korean bbq and lessons. Awesome job guys!!!! Thanks for taking the time to help the fans.
I want to thank you for your videos I recently just got back into bowling I was never really into it too much just got into a beer league but now I’m starting to get hooked. Best thing about it my eight-year-old daughter loves it thanks again for the videos please keep making them
Yo, you’re definitely going to hit 100,000. FOORRRRRR SUUURRRRREEEEEE, no doubt about it. The biggest thing I can definitely say is a complete fact is what you said about muscling the ball. I’m a big guy and I have a lot of muscle. I’ve always thought the more muscle and upper body I use the more control and consistent I will be. It wasn’t until recently, when I started to relax on my approach and not muscle the ball that I seen a dramatic improvement. My average has went up 20-30 pins 🤯
I've been a subscriber for a while now and this is the best series you've done so far. There is a fun aspect to this combined with a lot of good info. I wasn't 100% sure if you were saying you will now do a lesson each time or not but I think that would be a great video to follow up each one of these. I think you will get a lot of community engagement and see your subscriber numbers increase along with it. Keep having fun with it.
I was fortunate enough to get a lesson with Coach Jasnau back in May at The Orleans. I know Darren works with Jasnau as well, and I see a lot of similarities with how Darren was coaching Chad. Overexaggerating new physical tweaks and focusing on only two/three things during this one lesson.
Ngl i just happened to look up two handed bowling for the first time and fell on this vid, Firstly; thank you. Secondly; subscribed! Keep it up and please add more two handed bowling. 🙏🏽
Omg this is going to be another amazing series for sure. Me and my brothers are always bowling against one another. So I can't wait for videos on coaching!!!
I met you once when you visited a SJSU practice back in 2019! I appreciate you giving me tips that day even though I was a two hander. Interesting enough I now live in Las Vegas and would love to bowl with you! Love the content!
I live in Vegas and just got into bowling a couple months ago. I bowl two handed with a 120 avg (so I couldn’t beat Dtang LOL) but this video was super helpful! A lesson would be awesome
I live in Vegas as well and would love to both challenge you and hopefully learn some things from you at the same time. Having fun while the challenge is happening is a great concept to me. The way I look at it is, yes its a challenge, yes I'm at a tournament (league, a show, etc.) but if I'm not having fun while doing it why do it. So I really give all of you (You, Jessie and Lance) a whole bunch of credit.
Hi Darren, I am a SR. Bowler and a silver level coach. I saw you in Tacoma this week as well as last summer I got to talk and bowl with you and Marshall at the Angle of the wind. Anyway, about 8 days later I was in tbe hospital and had a quadruple heart by pass. So now I am back in recovery mode. My idea is maybe work with you on how to rehabilitate back into bowling after having major surgery. I will be back in Phoenix soon so coming up to south point isn't any big deal. So what you think? Maybe we could come up with a challenge too.
I would really like more of this. I’m a two-handed bowler and I know what I saw in this video, I’m going to need to work on. This will help me, thank you!!
I live in Carlisle, PA, and even though I know that I would more than likely lose, I would LOVE the chance to bowl with you!! I'm a right handed bowler, one handed, and have been bowling for almost 3 years now. Right now my league average is roughly around 165, but definitely want to make that go up. I would greatly value a lesson from a great bowler like yourself 🙂 In regards to the videos, always love watching your videos, regardless of what they're about! I do really like the lesson video though, I think it would greatly help a lot of bowlers out there that may need some extra help with their game. Keep up the amazing job that you and Jesse are doing with these videos, and maybe one day, I'm be able to see you on the lanes 🙂
Vegas native here as well! You might not remember me but you actually helped me out at a UNLV team practice a couple years ago prior to when you moved out here. Would love the opportunity to bowl with you and pick up some tips on my game!
I'll be in Vegas Nov 28th-Dec 1st. 2h righty, just switched in May due to carpal tunnel issues throwing 1 handed. Would love to catch you while I am there.
It would be like a dream come true to have a lesson with you Darren. I love bowling and consider myself a very beginner. Mentally I know what bowling is and should look like but like golf I need to convince my body to do what I want it too. Plus like Chad I am a body builder as well and can’t stop myself from “muscling” a lot of shots which kills my consistency. Who know maybe one day I’ll be better 👍🏻
I’ll be there during military championship in January. 220+ avg at the moment. (First time holding that for more than 3 weeks) I’d love a shot at the challenge
Sup bros. Always good content from you. I’m in vegas and bowl all over. Lefty with a 20+ mph strike ball (from what I’ve heard)…I’d like lessons but I’m coming for a ball lol…challenge straight up would be dope. Keep the tips coming.
I'm always looking on ways to improve my form. I know now why belmo has that heavy step by the ball return. Excellent video! If I ever make it to Vegas I'd like to bowl against you but I have no chance of winning lol
I’m a Vegas local, I just started bowling on a serious note 4 months ago and I have a high game of 208. I would love to gain some knowledge from a pro, oh did I mention I’m a lefty !!
THIS LOOKS DOPE! I too live in vegas and got into bowling at the beginning of this year. I was in a league at wildfire, but I haven't been able to get into another league yet. Would love a chance to win a lesson!
Do you recommend having your arm fully extended on the down swing that's one problem I have been having is getting my elbow unbent it looked like his stayed a little bent to
A little surprised you didn't tell Chad to stay down and post the shot. He kept rising up at the foul line and that will often lead to less accuracy. Still, great content!! I would love to see more of this.
Definitely my biggest problem as a 2-hander myself. It's much easier to hit the same target when I'm conscious about staying down on a shot. But like Darren said, he didn't want to add too many things in one lesson.
200 avg bowler, but I've never been properly fitted before drilling (they've never watched me throw a shot) or had a lesson. Which would make a bigger difference?
I'd love to get a chance at bowling against you Darren! I'd probably lose but the experience and opportunity to do so is completely worth it. I live in Vegas and bowl at South Point every week. I went to your league night this past Tuesday after bowling at Orleans just to watch you guys! Definitely a good time just watching. Keep up the good content guys!
Let's get that ball. I'm watching this for my son. 12yrs old 1yr of bowling. 146avg. He didn't like 1 handed bowling. I avg 215+ 1 handed. But he is doing well IMO.
I bowl for University of Wisconsin- Oshkosh and we will be in Vegas the week before Christmas! I would love to challenge you and see what I could do but I’m not sure if I could sneak away from the team 😂
I'll be in Vegas for my bday mid November. Looking at coming down to see you at league night either way. I would love to get some pointers from a pro. I'm trying to improve my sport shot game after starting my first sport league. (217 house vs 180 sport)
Yessss do more of these please!!! Especially 2 handed stuff! There is so much stuff on UA-cam about one handed bowling and it would be nice to get some real pro knowledge on 2 handed bowling
Seriously
YES!
Nah need no thumb stuff one hand to much two hand imo 😅
I’m sure you already know but if not. The house bowling channel has some 2 hand stuff
tbh no thumb is very non-competitive.
Literally learned so much about my own bowling mechanics Just from this video alone and how I can improve dramatically. Thanks darren
I live in Las Vegas as well. Cool that you are not only challenging people but also help with coaching. Hope to bowl with you when the time comes.
Same and im broke without any ball always have to rent shoes and use a house ball because I've been unemployed and haven't been able to afford my own ball which I so desperately need...

These are the types of videos that will get you to 100K! This was better than any other tips video on UA-cam, with top quality editing too!
Honestly D Tang that was the best vid. So many people just do ball videos but that was incredibly valuable to bowlers. Keep up with this new series it was fire.

These 2 series (or is it 1?) are very entertaining and useful.
Keep up the great work. Always bringing us great and fresh content.
Darren this is really great! Looking forward to seeing more of these!
Totally dig the coaching and tip videos. Need some tips with drills and cleaning up a back swing and not bending my elbow too much.
Love these, really helpful!!! I live in Las Vegas and currently in a league at Gold Coast. With a few friends of Jesse’s lol keep this series going 🤘
I want to thank you for your videos I recently just got back into bowling I was never really into it too much just got into a beer league but now I’m starting to get hooked. Best thing about it my eight-year-old daughter loves it thanks again for the videos please keep making them

Please do more of these! So helpful!! I’d love to challenge you and also get some pro tips! Thanks DTang!!
Going to the pro am tonight to watch you and hopefully bowl with you 💪💪

Great advice on being under the ball. Makes so much sense. Can’t wait to give that a try.
Just recently started bowling and watching a lot of your video made me stop gaming and focus more recreational activity. Thank you
You make the best bowling content out there 🔥
Love this, Darren! Keep these coming!

Hey darren! I’m a recent subscriber and have been wanting to get into 2H bowling so this video will help out a lot!
I was waiting for you to give 2 handers some love!! Thank you for the tips
Omg this is going to be another amazing series for sure. Me and my brothers are always bowling against one another. So I can't wait for videos on coaching!!!
Love the coaching aspect!!! Vegas resident getting back into bowling!
Even though he never wins on his own channel, DTang is gracious in victory. All hail!
I met you once when you visited a SJSU practice back in 2019! I appreciate you giving me tips that day even though I was a two hander. Interesting enough I now live in Las Vegas and would love to bowl with you! Love the content!

amazing content. darrens a well spoken coach. thanks.

How you doing since the surgery? Hope you are well and bowling.
Always learning great tips and video!
I would really like more of this. I’m a two-handed bowler and I know what I saw in this video, I’m going to need to work on. This will help me, thank you!!
I live in vegas and I just bought shoes yesterday and a spare ball, really got into the game a few months ago and trying to improve
Great tips. Looking forward to more of these vids

That taught me alot about my game as well.I would like to see more of this.
Feels like a really genuin dude and he took in what you learned and delivered
Love these videos! Thank you!
Thank you I’m trying to get better for my high school regionals so I can get onto states for my senior year
super helpful, love the advice/tip videos
Not worrying past the foul line and the score is something I really need to work on. I’ll be quoting you in my head forever on this now
Vegas native here as well! You might not remember me but you actually helped me out at a UNLV team practice a couple years ago prior to when you moved out here.
Would love the opportunity to bowl with you and pick up some tips on my game!
Great information and instruction! New subscriber 💪🏽
The exact video I needed. Thanks man👌
I'll be in Vegas Nov 28th-Dec 1st. 2h righty, just switched in May due to carpal tunnel issues throwing 1 handed. Would love to catch you while I am there.
Totally need to do more of these videos. I would travel to bowl against you and get a small lesson. 😁
I’m the same average 180 and would love to get some lessons and go to Vegas for some challenges
This series gonna be🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥👌
You gotta take this series on the road.
It would be like a dream come true to have a lesson with you Darren. I love bowling and consider myself a very beginner. Darren, I was just watching you at the Kent Memorial. Totally impressed by the 13 year old Dohoon Kwon. Wow!!
I'm always looking on ways to improve my form. I know now why belmo has that heavy step by the ball return. Excellent video! If I ever make it to Vegas I'd like to bowl against you but I have no chance of winning lol
I’m curious what you’d think of what JR Raymond said about two handed bowling. He had a different take in one of his videos regarding speed.
Yes love lesson videos :) please do more of these
Genuine Question, Any Tips for a Tall bowler? I am 6'8 and find it hard to be smooth in my leadup
I’m a Vegas local, I just started bowling on a serious note 4 months ago and I have a high game of 208. I would love to gain some knowledge from a pro, oh did I mention I’m a lefty !!
I just picked up 2 hand and I’m gonna practice this. I’m really trying to figure it out
I’d love a challenge Darren! Live in SC but more than willing to travel to you! Love the videos brother 🙏🏼💪🏼💯
Love these videos
Loving the videos! Newbie sub here, been binge watching all your vids! I’m a local, born and raised. Hope to see you on the lanes someday!
I bowl league with the Schanen canon and would love a shot in this series!
THIS LOOKS DOPE! I too live in vegas and got into bowling at the beginning of this year. I was in a league at wildfire, but I haven't been able to get into another league yet. Would love a chance to win a lesson!
Do you recommend having your arm fully extended on the down swing that's one problem I have been having is getting my elbow unbent it looked like his stayed a little bent to
super helpful, would love a one handed 2LS video too
I’m up for a challenge and I live in Las Vegas as well, just started bowling 2 months ago!
Any tips on how to help someone that starts to turn their hand early on release
Do more of these types of videos!!! What I would like to see if a one handed tips video
Interesting of how you helped a two hander to improve their game.
Yesss. Love the videos. I Actually live in Vegas and would be honored to bowl against you lol.
A little surprised you didn't tell Chad to stay down and post the shot. He kept rising up at the foul line and that will often lead to less accuracy.

But like Darren said, he didn't want to add too many things in one lesson.
Excellent series! Enjoy the pro v am and a chance for some lessons!
200 avg bowler, but I've never been properly fitted before drilling (they've never watched me throw a shot) or had a lesson. Which would make a bigger difference?
I live in Vegas would love to get a lesson coming back from some years off.
Challenging you? That would be fun, Always more to learn Great video
Ayo can you show us how to transition to sliding?? I have some beginner shoes, would it better to upgrade them?
I'd love to get a chance at bowling against you Darren! I'd probably lose but the experience and opportunity to do so is completely worth it. I live in Vegas and bowl at South Point every week. I went to your league night this past Tuesday after bowling at Orleans just to watch you guys! Definitely a good time just watching. Keep up the good content guys!
so about this challenge, how can we look into possibly putting our name on the list?
I would love a bowling challenge and lesson! Im near Vegas
Does the elbow closer to body help with one handed bowlers too?
I'll be in Vegas Dec. 18th for a flight layover. It'd be awesome to challenge Darren during that layover. From Albuquerque NM
Let's get that ball. I'm watching this for my son. 12yrs old 1yr of bowling. 146avg. He didn't like 1 handed bowling. I avg 215+ 1 handed. But he is doing well IMO.
I'll be in Vegas January 15-19 for the military championship at South Point. Hope I will be able to see you.
I’m ready! I live out here in north vegas let me know ill come out anytime!
That’s awesome to hear, I am glad to hear that. I would love to challenge you. Hehe
I bowl for University of Wisconsin- Oshkosh and we will be in Vegas the week before Christmas! I would love to challenge you and see what I could do but I’m not sure if I could sneak away from the team 😂
Cool video talk tech bowling
Interesting just started bowling and I’m a no thumb bowling with holding the ball is it the same concept with holding the ball close to you?
Great lesson.
It still looks like he is really biceping that ball though rather than letting that arm swing free.
Coming to Vegas for my birthday! 10/27-10/30!!!
I'll be in Vegas for my bday mid November. Looking at coming down to see you at league night either way. I would love to get some pointers from a pro. I'm trying to improve my sport shot game after starting my first sport league. (217 house vs 180 sport)
Interested, what dates you available after November 7
