Kyle, nice video. I appreciate your straight forward tutorials. Its good to see more than one channel focusing on some of the advanced Parkour and Freerunning techniques. ++kudos
Thanks Kyle! I'll apply these advices on my next training. Still, this move is my nemesis, once, when i almost landed a kong-pre, I slipped on to my shin and got my whole leg covered in blood, I still have a scar there. I think it is all about my take off, when i filmed myself, I found out, that when i take my not-takeoff leg up, I kill my upward momentum, and send my body down. Can't figure how to do it properly.
Practice just a simple kong with a split step to get used to it. Walk yourself back and forth through the motions, paying attention to detail until it starts to feel more natural.

Hi I commented on one of your other videos about my palm spin problems. I can't seem to get enough speed for my rotations. Plz help me
Keelan Matthews Lift your hips up high but tuck your knees in tight and hold the tuck until you've passed the peak of your height/rotation.
Okay thanks will try:-)
are you epic from the red bull🤔
Nice video! I find it really hard to take off with split foot and I don't know how to overcome it. Any tips?

Okay, thanks!
Try doing it from standing with a split stance, then walking, then running.
Ah alright then, thanks for the feedback
Use a power step. It's a split footed takeoff. I think Fight or Flight Academy has a tutorial.
First! Haha. Sorry to be that guy...
