I hope you reply! Keep doing the parkour videos! I've been watching for a LONG TIME! 2-4 years idk but I followed you when I began tricking and now you got me hooked on Parkour / free running / becoming a better traceur. I have a lot of tricking moves so movement will be fun. Thanks a lot for getting me into the movement! again MORE PK / Freerunning videos PLEASE!!!

I see you use very low cushioning shoes. How hard is it to train with those and to get used to the lack of cushioning? Is it still dangerous for the joints if I want to learn how to land softly use this type of shoes? I've heard you had had problems with your joints so I guess your advice will be the best one I can get. Nice tutorial, gonna drill that in my next session :p thank you :D !

Khadri Mohamed I don't think too hard about the but rather rely completely on feeling the ground, and you'll have to go back to smaller heights to build some control, but it really challenges you to engage your muscles in reacting to how the ground feels when you move on it and which movements help you move smoother. It's certainly a step forward towards moving more naturally.
Some landings can be more intense if you're not ready for it. But it isn't like it takes months of wearing the shoe to run comfortably, just grab a pair and then see for yourself how quickly you adapt. www.SkoraRunning.com has some great shoes! I'm about to get some CORES from their site.

***** Great! Thank you so much for the advice and for the link, these shoes seem to be perfect! I am definitely going to get thin shoes too! Better build up ankle muscles now than crying out of pain later... Thank you for your responsiveness. You're doing a great job with your videos, it helps a lot, keep it up! #StayPositive :D
