great job man, one quick Id give you if you actually want to do parkour is learning a "bounce back" is basically a pre-requisite for precision jumps, Id give a try learning it because it can literally save you from getting badly hurt. When I was starting parkour I hit my knees 3 times in a row in a corner of a marble bench while trying a run pre lol. That cost me about 4 months of random pain in the knees xD
