However, it was still shaking when it was spinning. It ruined my July 4th holiday because I spent the whole day to try to fix this issue. Well that was embarrassing!!! Just installed my new washer and it was dancing all over the floor, after 36 seconds of your video I realized what the problem was. I didn't realize they were shipping bolts holding the drum from moving during transportation. No one reads manuals because there is 50 pages of which 40 are safety warnings and only few sentences telling you to remove those bolts. For me it would seem very obvious and important that there should be placed huge red labels on the machine telling you to remove those bolts first. No manufacturer does that, feels like they do it on purpose so the machine breaks and they can charge people half of the price of the machine to fix it.

Same thing happened to me, luckily the noise was so loud we went to check it out ASAP and stopped it within 1 minute, it only started to shake when it was doing high RPM's. My concern is has it done a lot of damage in that short time?
hello, yesterday I bought new washing machine and I forget to remove 4 bolt screws from the back. and I had start washing clothes and after few minutes my machine got noise and i plugged off and i saw one bolt screw broken down on the floor. after that i remove all bolt screw from the machine. i am worried about the half part of the screw inside the machine. This happened to me. I set the spin to extra high and the washing machine violently shook so much it tore a hole in my wall, broke the floor tiling and burst the laundry door open like its 1999.

the manufacturer places the bolts so they don't get damaged during transport, WHY DOESN'T THE MANUFACTURER PLACE A BIG RED STICKER AROUND EACH BOLT THAT SHOULD SAY:" WARNING!! REMOVE BEFORE USE" they should all be sued !
The fact that so many people run in to this problem means manufacturers should put stickers on those bolts instructing to be removed. If they are not prominent a seller should give this as mandatory warning. This information was burried in instructions and without visual aid in foreign technical terms in my case. Obviously after the first cycle I realised something ain't right and managed to remove those bolts.
Of course if you have a 3 years 1 day old (right after warranty) Samsung Washer it's NOT the shipping bolts. It's the Spindle inside and tech will charge you half the price of a new one to change. Congratulations....Next time don't buy Samsung.

Please people, make sure you remove the transport bolts. Even if you paid for installation like I did. Make sure they've been removed.

the manufacturer places the bolts so they don't get damaged during transport, WHY DOESN'T THE MANUFACTURER PLACE A BIG RED STICKER AROUND EACH BOLT THAT SHOULD SAY:" WARNING!! REMOVE BEFORE USE" they should all be sued !
The fact that so many people run in to this problem means manufacturers should put stickers on those bolts instructing to be removed. If they are not prominent a seller should give this as mandatory warning. This information was burried in instructions and without visual aid in foreign technical terms in my case. Obviously after the first cycle I realised something ain't right and managed to remove those bolts.
Thank you, my washer was going crazy. Was adjusting legs for hours. Then I watch this video. Problem solved. Shipping bolts were the problem.

Of course if you have a 3 years 1 day old (right after warranty) Samsung Washer it's NOT the shipping bolts. It's the Spindle inside and tech will charge you half the price of a new one to change. Congratulations....Next time don't buy Samsung.

Man who installed our machine didnt remove it, start washing, it started shaking and jumping in start of spinning,we stopped it immediately. I removed shipping bolts,now it works ok. Could it be damaged something while cca 20seconds jumping? Thank you for answer.
Thank you for making this video. I just bought a washing plugged it then put washing it so loud and shaky. After watching your video, I removed this screw and it worked just fine 😂. I was gonna call for a replacement , thanks again 😅
Just got a brand new Samsung laundry set. Third wash, the machine danced around all the way until it unplugged itself. Couldn't figure out what the hell was going on until I watched this video. Please people, make sure you remove the transport bolts. Even if you paid for installation like I did. Make sure they've been removed.
i want to know why the LOVELY INDIVIDUALS who delivered my washer and dryer did not leave me my shipping bolts.
