Tip run hot water over your spray tin.get it nice and hot to thin the paint inside it will reduce spitting from the nose by 85 percent and looks pro finish

Thanks dude for some sick ideas. I also re-panted my helmet quite a number of years ago but without primer or finishing coat, just gloss black all round 3 layers. Still looks good but I'm getting bored of it and been thinkiing of re-doing it, make it more coulerfull. Shot bro, keep up the cool vids👍🤘
You need to use a 2k two part clear if you really want that to harden. Also, you need to color sand and polish. That things definitely got orange peel.
2 things I would’ve done differently is tape the mesh so it stayed black and only put the specialised sticker on the side and the big boy gang in the back

If you want a respirator to work like it should. A mask has to directly fit the bare skin. You have to get rid of facial hair. Otherwise, it doesn't work like it should if you're trying to breathe in 0 contaminates.
Acetone dissolves plastics...better to use isopropanol och IPA/EtOH mix to remove grease

It's super easy, and you could sell those. I should incorporate this technique into helmets at my family's 30 year old sporting goods shop.
The decals should have gone on either under the clear coat or they should have been used to mask a base layer of white

How do you prep without compromising the safety of the helmet? Ik youre not really supposed to remove the OEM paint
Next time try a white primer. It will brighten your base coat.
