I feel this, for a couple seconds I couldn’t remember peace either. And then I realized at this very moment I was surrounded by peace during this meditation! And that opened my thoughts back to a time that I was hiking in Hocking Hills, Ohio, and then that opened another thought and so on. I encourage you to try this meditation again and feeling the peace that it brings you at that very moment. Just a suggestion. The things that I felt gratitude toward instantly was my breath first and foremost because that is all encompassing. And then, of course, my family, even though they don’t always bring joy, ha ha. And then the fact that I was able to experience this practice, even though it was only five minutes.

People often dont realise that its this time of year that grief, stress &overwhelm can be rampant 4a lotta bodies out here.. this stuff is essential❤

I couldn`t remember when was the last time I felt at peace. It made me sad, so I stopped meditation.
