  • Chebureki are a classic Crimean, Russian and Turkic street food snack, popular across Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union. Babushka's Chebureki are crispy outside, juicy inside, so easy to make, an authentic recipe! Made with a tiny bit of vodka... Chebureki (Чебуреки)

This is cool, I make these as a tasty treat during holidays. My ancestors called them "cheebrik".

Well good grief how easy was that… definitely gonna try it. Really great video. Did not know about the vodka and also the way she kneaded was totally new to me. Definitely the way to go!

Cheburiki seem like an awesome work lunch! I've been really interested in making these since I've heard of I could think so many possibilities sneak a little bit of cheese in with some ground meat and chopped onion possibly a sprinkling of carrot shred. And since I'm American a little drip of tobasco on the outside

Çiborek is a traditional Turkish dish, not a Russian dish. It's very sad that you share this as Russian food. At least you could change the name. Because ciborek is a Turkish word.🇹🇷
