I have recently discovered that my hair is not frizzy but just wavy and ever since then I've been looking out for videos about taking care of them. Your video is the best I have found as it was not about the products you use but the way you use them so thanks. Also, I kinda love the way you flaunted your baby tummy! Happy Motherhood!!!
From your profile pic, your hair looks AMAZING 😍 I’m so glad this vid helps!! And thanks so much haha the baby bump is really starting to show… 3 more months to go!
Tip. Ring out hair of excess water before putting conditoner in it. The water will dilute the conditoner and it won't be as effective. Everyone's different but I find best results detangling with leave in conditoner after shower rather than doing it dry before shower
Another tip. I have your hair texture. I find it best to use clarifying shampoo before regular shampoo to really get hair clean. So double wash. This has allowed me to go 7 days without washing which means my hair is less dry. Also leave in and very light curl cream is a must to help moisturize your hair. Hope this helps
So the conditioner I use is highly concentrated 😊 the water is part of the distribution process… but with a more water based conditioner it def helps to try it your way!! 🫶🏼
Would love to see more hair tutorials. I have been wanting to cut bangs and more layers into my hair but I amscared I will look like I don't have a lot of hair. I have wavy, thin, long hair. Your hair is beautiful. I would be great to see different ways you style it either up or down. Thanks for the video!
I haven’t gotten into styling my hair yet but I think a lot of influencers forget to mention there’s two types of microfiber, I got myself a turbie twist bc it’s better than terry cloth towels, but I would still come across influencers saying they don’t use microfiber towels bc they “grab”, it wasn’t until I was searching for satin PILLOWCASES that I came across “brushed microfiber”, it doesn’t have the raised grabby pieces so I think BRUSHED microfiber (smooth like a T-shirt) is what we’re “supposed” to be using, not the kind you use for cleaning like we all seem to think 😅
omg it looks so nice. i HATEEE putting heat on my hair but im not sure what to do with it since its a little frizzy and its wavy so this really helped thank yoU!
Your hair is gorgeous! Mine isn’t as thick. Used to be till I had twins. lol. Mine is fine, medium thickness and wavy , but maybe less wavy than yours. Mine is more a beach wave and well, it’s wavy, but yours is more so. So, I do most of what you do, but I add a little heat. I curl my roots and some random pieces to give it more lift and texture, basically , I use my own wave and give it a little twist. This way I have more curl but am not using a bunch of heat. I don’t like to diffuse. I don’t care for how my ends get, and probably because it’s fine. I had courser , very thick hair before I had my twins, so I had to relearn how to do my very different hair. I also keep it in a medium length area because too long makes my ends look too thin. Thanks. This was helpful
Oh my goodness this is perfect! My hair is wavy and I usually straighten it cause I can’t make it work with the curly girl method and I hate the knots when it dries normally, so I can’t wait to try this!
You have gorgeous hair and love that you embrace your natural waves and air dry. 😊 Would love to see a video of you getting a haircut as I think that having a good cut is just as, if not more important than using the right products. ❤ My daughter and I have recently been using the Everist shampoo and conditioner and I personally have been so amazed at how my hair has been much more shiny and bouncy even without any additional products. I just use a very small amount of Nuxe oil at the ends. Thank you for being so down to earth and so generous in sharing your experiences!
Thanks so much for this hair tutorial 🤍 I’ve been having such a hard time finding any tips for hair like mine and it’s so hard bc it’s either ppl with curly, tight waves, or straight hair, never in between. My hair is so thick too that I need to wash it every day. My hair is also not completely straight and it’s not curly so it’s harder. When I brush it (dry) it frizzes and poofs a lot so I can’t do that and if I don’t then it’s too knotty 😂. Gotta love this hair type. Also, I’ve worn my hair all different kinds of ways; short, long, bangs, no bangs, layers, no layers, etc. Right now I have longer hair with bangs so I’m trying to figure out how to maintain my bangs and hair while it is being weighed down a lot. It’s tough 😅
Stoked to watch this because our hair is nearly the same. Beautiful! I've been working on training my waves, so I'm excited about the possibility of getting to this level of curl/wave.
Great video. Your hair is lovely. I have always appreciated natural hair. I don't know what your plans are for your channel, but more beauty or self-care content would be a good idea. You have such beautiful skin and even better outlook on life. You're so grounded and positive. We all need more of that! I have extremely straight hair. Aside from washing it and brushing it, I don't give it much thought. When it's long, I almost always have a ponytail or a bun, especially at work. Except I can't sleep when my hair is up. One time when I was 19, I got my hair permed because I wanted curly hair like my mom. My hair was very long, and boy was I surprised at how well my hair took the perm. Like poodle curls. 😂 Not the look I was going for. I never got another one. LOL.
Omg so so kind thank you!! Okay I will definitely take that to heart- I love sharing beauty/lifestyle tips. Thanks so much 🤍🤍 Silky straight hair is also BEAUTIFUL -I dreamed of that hair when I was younger… it just always looks so effortless. Ahhh yes the poodle perm effect is so real 😂 I’m sure your rocked it.
So I have a serious cowlick right in the middle of the front of my hairline & I have to use heat so the part of my hair looks decent & lays the way I want. I also have wavy hair but it just doesn't look good when I don't use heat to straighten out the cowlick & style the hair where you would have bangs (I don't have bangs - my cowlick makes that impossible!)... I need videos on how to deal with bangs / hair around my face while leaving the rest of my hair wavy. This is the closest thing Ive found... I just had my son in December and I used a very similar pregnancy pillow to yours & it was a lifesaver!
Your hair is actually what I am going for 😅 so beautiful. Mine doesn't grow fast unfortunately and I am trying to get is healthy again after bleaching and straightening it to often. Lovely hair and you are beautiful 🌹
Great tips. I've just recently started likin my wavy hair the last few years and I'm almost 50. lol. Ive been thinking of cutting bangs too cause I need a change.
My hair used to be curly but the pattern has changed. I don’t know why I’m guessing something to do with hormonal changes or probs the bleach/ heat damage probably. I have had both now. I miss my curly hair I’m ngl. It was way easier to style and it stayed. With wavy hair I have to do so much just for it to look nice and not like a lions mane. That being said really proud of myself for not using heat. Have you ever used Miss Jessie’s pillow curls? Not sure if it’s good for people with wavy hair types?
random question if anyone sees this. I want my bangs to look like this, like straight and curved around the forehead but I have like loose 3a curls and my bangs are like little ringlets. How do I loosen my bangs without heat?
If you are fighting against your hair's natural texture you might need heat. My hair is wavy and smoothing my fringe straight repeatedly while it's drying takes most of the wavy out.
I have a similar issue! I have a serious cowlick right in the middle of my hairline & I have to use heat so the part of my hair looks decent & lays the way I want. I also have wavy hair but it just doesn't look good when I don't use heat to straighten out the cowlick... I need videos on how to deal with bangs / hair around my face while leaving the rest of my hair wavy. This is the closest thing Ive found...
wait I have 2a hair and I like when my hair is unbrushed bc its shows my natural hair pattern. am I not supposed to brush my hair when its dry? when I do that its so puffy and frizzy...
I really love your hair! ❤ thanks for sharing your routine, I also have some innersense products and I was wondering how do you choose those products to style your hair and not others by the brand?? I always thought that wavy hair needs mousse and gel instead of cream, I’m currently struggling to find a good routine with the right products for my hair (it's very similar to yours btw) thank you for answering 🙏
Aww thanks! So glad it was helpful- it really is trial and error with textured hair. I promise you’ll figure it out :) just do what feels right for your hair. I still use gel sometimes on wash day if I want a more defined wave pattern, but refreshing by misting water each day seems to really help most
For products I look for organic and nothing with oils listed in the first few ingredients. I also avoid anything with parabens, sulfates, alcohols, and silicones. Innersense does a great job with all of that!
Is your hair fine or coarse? Fine waves behave so differently than coarse waves! I have fine wavy hair and it’s so underrepresented in the world of hair tutorials
All good :) I definitely use more products- they are shown in the video and listed below the video including a shower filter, styling cream, volumizing foam, and a hair towel. Let me know if you have any questions!
Oh my goodness, you're literally one of the most beautful humans I've ever seen
this made my day omg 😭🤍✨ kindest compliment, thank you so much!
It is so true! You are a gem!

FINALLY! A curly girl with a full fringe 😍 this is the tutorial I have been DYING for 🥰

@@GamingwithCasss yes Omg a double shampoo helps so much!!!
You want to keep water in so your hair is hydrated, so this is nonsense.
Your hair is so beautiful. Mine has a similar texture to yours and it’s been wild to learn how to take care of it.

So many steps😭😭😭 i wish theres a three step routine or smth for us, i feel like all these products would hurt the body from the inside

Heyy❤️Great video.. Got so much information. And i want more videos like how you take care and taming your bangs.. It's looking so good in you🥰

Hi mama! Are you ever using a comb or brush?
My hair used to be curly but the pattern has changed. I don’t know why I’m guessing something to do with hormonal changes or probs the bleach/ heat damage probably. I have had both now. Hi! can you make a vid on how you sleep with your hair? thanks!
Did you brush your hair before you take this Video?
You are amazing 🥰
So I am just now learning I have wavy hair and have no idea how to make it look shiny or keeping it wavy with the minimal products I have. Any tips?
@nn-sk6up thank you! I’ll try that the next hair wash day! 😊
conditioner, mask, and leave in conditioner are staples. then you can add some coconut oil if you have it in your kitchen.

Yeah, it's better to only brush it when it's wet. But it's hard when you have 2A to stop yourself from brushing lol
@@ErinBrookes this is exactly why I hate having wavy hair. I dont like NOT brushing.. grr .. I will die frizzy
Neeeeeeeded this

How do you cut your hair?
Can you update this routine (:
Frizz doesn’t have to be bad 😭🙏🏼
Is your hair fine or coarse? Fine waves behave so differently than coarse waves! I have fine wavy hair and it’s so underrepresented in the world of hair tutorials
How long did it take to do all that? though I've got thicker hair
Thanks! 😍

When hair routine, the main thing is weighing down hair. And here in Florida we just look electrocuted the whole entire entire time.😂😂😂😂
Besides normal conditioner you don’t use any products?! Did I miss something
All good :) I definitely use more products- they are shown in the video and listed below the video including a shower filter, styling cream, volumizing foam, and a hair towel. Let me know if you have any questions!
Do you have a shag haircut? You are gorgeous!
Aww so kind!! It’s basically a shag :) I ask for lots of layers and that seems to really show off the texture and help with drying time
You remind me of Rose-Marie Perreault, she is like the blonde version of you :)
