I dont ubderstand, how the fact that mr.Churchill openly mocks Jane doesn't bother Emma at all. That doesn't look like a gentleman's behaviour... Also i cannot ubderstand, why would he treat like this a person who he is going to marry? Because he is just mean or because he couldn't think of another way to hide their relationship?

it's because Emma herself has been envious of Jane's perceived perfection (in the way she is talked about by Miss Bates and so on) for so long. this is one of Emma's flaws; she is drawn to Mr. Churchill not just because of his general charm, but because he's about the first person she's met who criticizes Jane - though of course it's all an act that he overcompensates a little too much with. He doesn't seem really mean, because he's quite courteous with everyone, he just pretends too much to be disinterested in Jane when with Emma, who's all too happy to believe him (it's also implied that Emma and Frank kind of bring out...not necessarily the worst, but not necessarily the _best_ out of each other.) Jane briefly breaks off the engagement with Frank mainly from the stress of having to keep the secret, and is quick to forgive him once they don't have to keep it a secret anymore - and Frank _does_ turn out to be a perfectly courteous, genteel young man. With the way society was in Austen's time, the stakes of their relationship (in which they have to keep it a secret to prevent disinheritance) are fairly understandable.
Mind you, Emma isn't _happy_ about Frank's behaviour during that time once the secret gets out, but she admits she has some fault in it too (joining in the mockery, engaging in flirtatious behaviour with Frank even after realizing she's not in love with him).

Yes. As soon as Emma mentions him knowing JF, he gets nervous and acts out.
