What a family treasure!..... I envy those in years to come who will these wonderful videos which are living memories of their babies, children, family events, and grandparents. Until now, we had to be content with a few faded still shots.
    His joy is so infectious.

When my grandmother made this years ago she also made fried polenta in a saute pan and cut it up into wedges just serve with the escarole soup. It was so good.

I tried your receipe for stuffed peppers and it was fantastic. I never cooked them in a pot on the stove. They were the best I ever had. My husband also complimented on the peppers. He said they were excellent. Thank you for the receipe.

    1) You haven’t told us if you use canned Beans or Dry soaked overnight, then boiled to perfection?
    2) what is the best alternative vegetable or replacement for Escarole? We don’t have it in my country. Thanks.
