there was one in Oakland last year when some of the lights in center field went out and I wouldn't be surprised if the Reds had wished they had never played that game considering they got as many hits as they had before the game started.

I visited Tropicana about 3 years ago. It's really crappy. Probably places 29th of 30. Oakland definitely is 30th. Not saying Tropicana has power issues because it's crap, but then again, it was made cheap. So who knows.
