7:06 one of the things that you did, but perhaps people didn't catch is to unlink the symbol when you detach the screen or else when you try to search for another symbol. It will also change the primary chart from where you detached it from.

Stella,you definite can't compare real managerial trades with just using mere indicators because indicators are programmed in a definite way,without considerations put to signals,and that's the beginning of failure because assets are always in constant fluctuation.
Connor, if you can, can you do a video on different buying types and what you find the most helpful. Buy limits, buy market, buy stop, sell stop, sell limit...etc. Thank you
2:25 or just click "Load Study Set" in the drop down and select your saved study set. I often switch study sets multiple times per day when looking at stocks. I believe this is the quickest way to switch between them. Wish they allowed hot keys.

I like your setup. I would really appreciate you watching the video I mentioned below so you can see how mine is set up. I have it in percentages with an automatic 10% above stop and a 5% stop loss below the price for longs. I used the with bracket to change this way. Can I also make a bracket for shorts and can I make one for swings? I have not been active yet because I want my chart to be correct for me to begin. I want my chart to be able to go to the right buy, stop or swing with all stops automatically in when I long or short. I I guess with a swing trade I would only need a stop loss. With the long or short I could always physically move my stops up or down. I would appreciate your advice.

Yours look to flow so smoothly from previous day (s). For some reason, When i look at mine, with the 1 D 1m or 1D 5m charts, its all slammed to the far left side, even after collasping watchlist area on TOS and ive got large grey after hours section to the right of my chart, i tried using one of Rickys old recommemdations for the time axis but it was rather confusing! i guess im also pretty curious how your able to actually view the multiple open/close candles during pre/after market...on average, mine only appear to have 1-3 large candles that dont allow you to view them as you would view the normal intraday chart? Thanks for all your help man!!!!

Is there a way to open the active trader and have it NOT as part of a chart? Say I want 4 charts on my main screen in a box pattern, 1 min, 5 min, 15 min, daily, but I want the active trader window to extend from top to bottom of screen. Don't want it smashed into one of the chart windows.. Then have the active trader linked to your watch list along with the 4 charts.
Nice presentation!! I have a question. I set up a study including EMA, SMA, BB, MACD and stochasticfast. The problem is that when I try to set up 4 charts (two charts on the top and two charts on the bottom) . The MACD and stochasticfast does not show up on each chart? Is that right? Thanks.

I have used TC2000 for a couple of years, but now I am switching to ThinkorSwim (it is free, duh). i am not sure how the scrolling works. with TC2000 it was easy to look at a longer time frame at the same time by scrolling up and down. here, it seems not possible to do and control + scroll tends to move fast and not as refined. any clues?
I set up my Active Trader button to Buy Bid and Sell Ask... So after I want to sell my share that I bought through Ask e.g 5000 share and it automatically short another 5000 share when I pressed Sell the Ask? ... well the default button are all set to market orders not the BID? Hey Connor, why does TOD only offer "BUY Market" and "SELL MARKET" when using "BIG BUTTONS" or "ACTIVE TRADER". Instead, shouldn't there an option for a "limit" buy/sell? It will never fill at my price then. Seems like it only benefits the stock market..

You can also click on studies and then on the first dropdown you can load study set.

+Miami King there is an option to enter different buy orders! You just have to add them
