This is hands down the best video I have seen on day trading for beginners. Why? Because you aren't purposely hiding so much information so you can sell more slots in your organization. I respect that and thank you for it. I'll be liking and watching more videos so youtube pays you some royalties; you deserve it.
Andrew Burchett i agree 100%. he gives realistic tips and doesn't hide a thing. i have much respect for this channel. i have notifications on and will be liking every video as well 🙏🏻
I thought the exact opposite... First off a beginner shouldn't be day trading. Instead they should swing trade until they get good knowledge of how the market moves. Day trading is hard on your emotions...
I mean really he’s only showing things that have already happened... Hindsight is 20-20 and it’s easy to be smart in hindsight. The best peice of information he gave really was that you shouldn’t trade a low float stock.
Faith in yourself as a trader is crucial for your success but it has to be warranted faith. You must have a trading system with an edge, you must manage your risk and you must have the self-control to avoid blowing up your account. Above all else, when you learn what to do in a given situation, you must trust yourself to do the right things in the heat of trading. A tradings system that give you an edge and tells you what to do in every situation is the SQB-AMAC strategy and I really recommend it for anyone who is still losing money out here. That is the only trading strategy that can give you success consistently.
This is a Great video, Everyone needs more than there basic salary to be financially secured. The best thing to do with your money is to invest. Money left in savings always end up used with no returns ..
The decision to invest is an acknowledgement that it comes with certain risks. Not all investments will do well and some may lose money. However, without risk, there would be no opportunity to potentially earn the higher returns that can help you grow your wealth.
To manage investment risk, consider maintaining a broad diversification of your investments that reflects your personal risk tolerance, time horizon, and the nature of your financial goal.
Remember, diversification is an approach to help manage investment risk. It does not eliminate the risk of loss if security prices decline. Because investing can be complicated, consider working with a financial professional to help guide you on your wealth-building journey.
I'd advise newbie traders to take this video seriously, trading digital assets is complex and this video did a good job of shedding some light. However, I know for a fact that nothing beats the one on one guidance from a pro trader.

Finally, someone making a video that actually teaching stuff, not just showing how amazing trader they are with all that only stock trading that nobody knows of. Thank you so much for ur educative video.
Dude, I have been trying to learn how to trade and specifically how to read and comprehend these graphs for the past month with little success. Sir, you have hands down taught me more in 15 minutes than I have learned in an entire month. When do your courses take place? I work weird hours and would love to learn more.
A couple good resources that I have come across that may help you. Book "Charting and Technical Analysis" by Fred McAllen. "Bollinger on Bollinger Bands" especially using Bollinger Bandwidth, RSI, and Volume for conjunction indicators.
omg i finally understand day trading! thank you so much!!! ive been watching lots of videos but most of them are too general. nothing says exactly how to pick the stocks and where to look at. i wish you more success! thank you!
Pattern recognition, stock picking, when to buy or sell, entry and exit points? A few must knows for every newbie before getting around to placing a trade, Don't rush the process. I started profiting from the market when I discovered a better and more effective way to trade and make money. I'll be on to seven figures by years end. Kudos
How are you making such amount sir? I’m much curious on a way to be profitable investing on the trade market, started with a demo account but I've been on a losing streak. What strategy do you have going for you?
Although my portfolio is stable and profitable I can't say I've put a lot of work by myself into it, on my own I could barely keep up with the changes, crashes and fluctuations, I do my trades with a licensed and Bloomberg recognized broker Mr Noud Mika, he handles my trade affairs and profits for me affording the opportunity to learn and earn comfortably. I met noud through his webpage and I had him navigate my account through the EV and pharmaceutical surge and he made a comfortable $500k off them. Since then his been at the helm of my trade affairs
Nothing seems better than a profitable investment the feeling of a rise in portfolio or cashing out monthly, stocks aren't something I'm into but with the profits you're making it's definitely something I'd love to try out soon!
You make it sound easy. I've been trading for a while and coming across licensed pros from a good source like this isn't easy you know. Some rich folks hide the source of the success. I won't pass up the opportunity, Is Mr Mika available to new investors? How can I contact him?
I am new to think or swim. It is a confusing platform. Seeing you go through has given me more confidence. Thank you so much for your great videos! I've watched a few now and thought you deserved a comment, and of course a thumbs up!
love your videos, they are super informative for a beginner trader like me. How many of the top stocks on the scanner do you look at? also I wanted to ask, with this method would you say you can make at least $100 every day?
I've been listening to your content, it is one of the best out there. I realized I wasn't yet subscribed, so now you got my full attention! thank you for all the great info!
I really enjoy ur vids man and how you explain everything i am a noob but Im very determined to learn as much as fast as I can. i have my own office so I look forward to spending the early part of my day making a lil extra money!!
Gapping means no orders are likely to go through inbetween the bottom of the gap and the top. Generally happens on market opening or during a trading halt. Stocks gap up mainly off a good announcement and in pre market the bids will eat up the sellers and by the time it opens it gaps up to that price level.
Wow, Awesome video. I have been looking through youtube videos for the last week and this is by far the best so far. Straight to the point, easy to understand and with clarity. I am trying to find a good scanning platform in Australia, but as you did say think or swim is not available, are there any others you can recommended?
HI, great video and information, thank you. Two quick questions: If you do the scan and the gap up is legit on news would you buy pre-market or wait for market open? Second, do you need a margin account on TD Ameritrade in order to day-trade? Thanks, I appreciate it.
Thanks man for this very nice and well explained video. I'm now wondering, after buying that stock, how I can decide on the take profit price? i.e. the price I expect to be safe before the stock start to decline.
imo, its your risk. Some people have a 2% take away or 4%. meaning if you buy and it continues up, you sell at 2-4% no matter what. even if it continues up after you sell. If you have a 4% sell point. your sell point for when it goes down should be 2% that way your winners win, and your losers get pulled quickly. Cant go broke if you never lose your money
I have a question about your think or swim settings scan settings. Add Studies Filter of Price Change. You have greater than 15 bars ago and 30 Minutes in the time frame. So does that mean each bar is 30 minutes? Or does it mean 15 bars based on a one minute chart making it 15 minutes? Thanks for the content my man! Keep up the phenomenal job your doing.
Hi Connor. Great videos and thank you. When looking for stocks premarket and you look at the news but there is only news thats a few days to a week old, do you trade that or only look for that days news? Thank you. Laxpop
Great video. Here's my dilemma. I work 7am - to 3pm M-F. you think I could day trade by buying pre market and setting up conditional trades during the day with Stop loss limts? what do you suggest?
Agree with shorting stocks that are gapping up without any news , but .... Gotta analyze the chart carefully and do the basic technicals before shorting .. Because sometimes stocks keep going up for no reason another than technical reasons and short squeezes ... Lastly , you must always check the average daily volume on any stock that you haven’t traded before but could potentially trade .. Because some stocks have an average daily volume about 5000 shares .... And on a heavy volume day with news , they will easily move 8-10 USD in price ... Usually to the upside before coming crashing down ....
what about looking at the biggest losers and find out that it went down for minimal down news but the company still looks like good value. so if it drops 25% ,shouldnt that be a positive sign to buy the dip. thanks
john snag that might not be a bad strategy perhaps if you are investing, but trading is all about getting in and out. So you are better off buying higher highs and selling lower lows instead of buying lower lows like an investor would.
Good idea, get in at 52 week lows if possible & sell off a combination of good catalysts that will boost an undervalued stock depending the risk to reward ratios.
do you have any videos that explain the studies that you have setup on your charts? You have a ton of videos and I haven't been able to find one yet that explains them what they mean and what settings you have and why.
if U got the know how . my fingers crossed . a little scripting needed . A I can help . question ? if possible a Video on the SCAN TAB having it Trigger Buy Sell Conditional Orders using the Custom tab . and Your Scrips what do U think .
so Im just realizing that this video is several years old and upon downloading and opening the think or swim software i am completely lost and cannot figure out how to get it set up
You don't have to go on think or swim. You can go on finviz. Go to scanner/screener and input these in the drop down boxes for each one. Relative volume: over 1 million Average Volume: over 500K Current volume: over 500K Price under: $20 (or to your price range) this is stocks under $20 that will come up. Market Cap: under 2 billion Pick Nasdaq. All the charts will come up, you can then click change to candle from technical. 🙂🙂 hope this helps!
Wouldn't there be a better way to sort these then by using "Symbol"? Also, what is the reasoning behind using the 30min chart as opposed to others. I plan to use the strategy but am curios if it can be optimized at all by manipulating these two.
Hi, great content thankyou. Q. Does this work if you swing trade using 4hr or 1 day candlesticks? Also is there an app you know of in the UK that does the same a thinkorswim scanner?
This is a very precise lecture. But I still need to focus my attention to how the trading patterns work. I am new to this trading platform but I am so interested in getting the full understanding of the whole trading system. Can you help me out. If you can, would you set me up with one.
Thank you my g. Im liking and subscribing. Im also much more likely to join your group because the price is super low. If I start applying the information you give and start making money off, I'm definitely joining. I'm new to this whole trading deal... Keep ya boy in ya prayers lol
The info he provided is not that special bro. Take my advice and learn to swing trade first. Focus on technician analysis and try to get a good understanding of volume and price action. Day trading is very emotional and that's why so many people fail. Believe me, I've been there done this shit. And you don't need to pay for this info. Finviz offers a free scanner thats great. Also, read Trading in the Zone by Mark Douglas. This book will get your trading psychology A1. What ever you choose to do though, good luck.
@@chrisc2190 I'll tell you this, success in trading comes from proper risk management and the mastering of trade psychology. Learning the technical part of trading is easy. Take my advice or leave it. And to answer your question, No. I'm a successful trader because I put in hard work, and was willing get back up after falling on my face. Best of luck man.
Thanks for the advice man, I’ll definitely learn as much as possible and put the work to not come across as many tragedies. If you would like to teach me a little more we can negotiate.
@@chrisc2190 Nobody helped me much and I had no mentor and it sucked. I'm down to help as much as I can. Just ask whatever and I'll try my best to get back with asap. I'm also an engineer so I work a lot so as long as your patient I'll help out.
I'm sorry, this might be a stupid question, but when I set up my Scan exactly like yours and I go down to the mid section of the screen where it says Sort By: Symbol, Ascending / Descending : Scan, The Stocks that come up aren't fully shown to represent all the Stocks in the market. When on Ascending, it'll typically only show Stocks that start with A- F, and on Descending, only Stocks that start with Z- T . Basically, I feel like a lot of Stocks aren't showing up that represent the Market and I want to correct that. Thank you.
I started the course last week and I have really been enjoying the content and how structured the layout is. It helps to have content that is built upon the previous lesson - i was so scattered and not getting anywhere! Quick question - this would be a premarket scanner but would we use this through out the day to find other gappers? Or would that be a different set-up for intra day?
Great videos and excellent content for someone new to day trading! On a side note, and please take no offense, but you really look like Avenger’s Star-lord in this video lol 😂
use FINVIZ TO SCREEN/SCAN then scroll down to EXPORT list to EXCEL - then copy stock symbols from EXCEL and paste/import into a watch list on AMERITRADE TOS - easier than having to type each symbol one by one - hopefully your trading platform can paste from your clipboard -
So, quick question, how do you explain when a stock is gapping up in the after hours and the pre market, but some how only finishes the day with a modest gain. So, it gaps up premarket but gradually comes down eventhough there is good news, could this just be a sort of emotional reaction? for example when its related to some sort of trade tensions or even DOJ accusations being pulled back, thanks.
I am getting down the fundamentals of trading, but not knowing how to buy and sell via TOS. Would joining the boilerroom be beneficial to me? Quick FYI I will probably be using Robin Hood when I get into real cash trading and not paper.
Picking the best stocks requires a lot factors and seems daunting we ought to know. How does the stock market work? It's not hard don't over complicate it.. Having a good entry and exit strategy, alongside a Professional advisor. A good trading system can put you through many day's of success...
I wonder what the best opportunities to invest now are, there are opinions but a little later I find out these opinions don't matter as a totally different turn of events play out with the stocks they discussed therein.
@@ericwilde4583 "Nancy Jane Gluck" is one I'm quite familiar with ,she's quite known.. look up her name you would see all you need to know..you could leave her a message on her webpage
Many thanks, been searching for "stock fundamental analysis spreadsheet" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Ganichael Yonharlotte Trick - (just google it ) ? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my co-worker got excellent success with it.
One of the problems with scanners is a majority of the stocks pumps are pharmaceuticals. They can be very risky due to lack of innovation. Choose your battles wisely. I recommend for quick same day in and out trades, not ideal for long term.
Can somebody answer this question for me please? Are we supposed to be scanning while in pre-market? I get the impression that that's how it's done in this video. Being able to look at what's moving during the premarket and its volume, however, when I try doing this I get nothing. No new information during the pre-market. I just don't see how you're supposed to find what could be big today if nothing is changing right before the market opens?
How can the charts show "action" and "gapping up" "pre market"? By "pre market" I assume you mean before the market opens. Do you mean when the market opens? Or do you mean the charts move because of trading that was done after hours of the last closing, so that the charts look active before the new days regular opening trading hours?
Noob question here. What is the data on the bottom of the chart? The top chart I understand, but what is that bottom chart that looks like a bar graph?
Thank you for the video. I'm trying to apply what you have for your scanner, but when I scan it it's not showing the percentage change for any tickers in the premarket. Every single one is "0.00%" It's currently 9:20 premarket. Is there something I'm doing wrong with the scanner, or are other people having this issue as well?

Good idea, get in at 52 week lows if possible & sell off a combination of good catalysts that will boost an undervalued stock depending the risk to reward ratios.
Did you do that yet
@@AirzXR 52 weeks low hasn't failed me yet....in investing.
do you have any videos that explain the studies that you have setup on your charts? You have a ton of videos and I haven't been able to find one yet that explains them what they mean and what settings you have and why.
Well explained my friend; however, the information is different from today's platform. I will be on the lookout for an update.

Hi.
How do you include the extended hour trading session on your chart?
if U got the know how . my fingers crossed . a little scripting needed .
Relative volume: over 1 million
Average Volume: over 500K
Current volume: over 500K
Price under: $20 (or to your price range) this is stocks under $20 that will come up.
Market Cap: under 2 billion
Pick Nasdaq.
All the charts will come up, you can then click change to candle from technical.
🙂🙂 hope this helps!
Rich information bro👍 I bet your course is awesome
Wouldn't there be a better way to sort these then by using "Symbol"? Also, what is the reasoning behind using the 30min chart as opposed to others. I plan to use the strategy but am curios if it can be optimized at all by manipulating these two.
Hi, great content thankyou. Q. Does this work if you swing trade using 4hr or 1 day candlesticks? Also is there an app you know of in the UK that does the same a thinkorswim scanner?
Excellent video one of the best I've seen so far on TOS! Thank you for the info.
What ever you choose to do though, good luck.
so would you say that by reading a book and learning the Finviz Scanner you got pretty successful at trading?
Really liking your videos. I trade on TOS also. May I ask what your commission rate is for equities trading?
Love your video, do you do 1 on 1 training? Please let me know
I like you scan better than my own . . .damn nice !
Thank you.
So what platform do you guys use outside of the US, mainly asking those living in Europe?
Great information. Thanks 🇨🇦
Can i ask you something? What type of platform you using to get all this information pleaseee!!!!!
Are you clicking the mouse button with a mallet?
Thank you for sharing this. An awesome tip!!
Thanks for sharing bro. Im gonna see if this tool is available in my country.
Hey Melissa, can you tell me your experinece with the course over la last months? ¡thank you!
Awesome video!!👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
Great video thank you, does tos offers the scanner on the phone app?
Thanx it’s very helpful video....
Great videos and excellent content for someone new to day trading! On a side note, and please take no offense, but you really look like Avenger’s Star-lord in this video lol 😂

I am trying to learn day trading. How does this work with taxes. Also any books recommendations.
How does he set up the scan chart to show the specific information that he wants?
Jay Richest Was was wondering the same
filter
use
FINVIZ TO SCREEN/SCAN then scroll down to EXPORT list to EXCEL - then copy
stock symbols from EXCEL and paste/import into a watch list on AMERITRADE TOS -
easier than having to type each symbol one by one - hopefully your trading
platform can paste from your clipboard -
You should put this link about more because I have been looking for 15 mins for this
Definitely great info 🤜🏻🤛🏻
So, quick question, how do you explain when a stock is gapping up in the after hours and the pre market, but some how only finishes the day with a modest gain. So, it gaps up premarket but gradually comes down eventhough there is good news, could this just be a sort of emotional reaction? for example when its related to some sort of trade tensions or even DOJ accusations being pulled back, thanks.
New here.
I'd like to subscribe.
Your link to trade ideas is not working.
I keep getting ' notfound'
I am getting down the fundamentals of trading, but not knowing how to buy and sell via TOS. Would joining the boilerroom be beneficial to me? Quick FYI I will probably be using Robin Hood when I get into real cash trading and not paper.
What is the best time to use the scan? 9am or 6am? Does it matter?
Appreciate you my dude!! 💪🏻💪🏻
nicely done and explaining!
Picking the best stocks requires a lot factors and seems daunting we ought to know. How does the stock market work? It's not hard don't over complicate it.. Having a good entry and exit strategy, alongside a Professional advisor. A good trading system can put you through many day's of success...
I wonder what the best opportunities to invest now are, there are opinions but a little later I find out these opinions don't matter as a totally different turn of events play out with the stocks they discussed therein.
you seem quite experienced ...can you refer an advisor ?
For the fact that you can sit in the comfort of your home and earn is mind blowing...
Solid info here!! We'll done sir
Well my ABWN shares are starting to move. This is good. 🤞✌👀😎. Hopefully it will make me enough cash to take advantage of great tips like these.
Thanks for this video man. Very informative
Thanks for the help. Great vid
Any advise on screening stocks on Schwab (Street Smart Edge)
Noob question here. What is the data on the bottom of the chart? The top chart I understand, but what is that bottom chart that looks like a bar graph?
Thank you for the video. I'm trying to apply what you have for your scanner, but when I scan it it's not showing the percentage change for any tickers in the premarket. Every single one is "0.00%" It's currently 9:20 premarket. Is there something I'm doing wrong with the scanner, or are other people having this issue as well?
