Episode 3: Taking A Lock Apart

In Episode 3 of our series on making and repinning practice locks, I'll show how to take a door lock apart, using a shim if you don't have a key for it. Once you can get your locks apart you can make progressive training locks from them. After shimming a cutaway lock so you can see how the concept works, I shim a "real" six pin Schlage so you can see it actually works. You're not imagining things - from 10:30 to 11:30 I set the video speed to 200%.
