Nice video instruction. My wall safe 'spat the dummy', and springs and things went everywhere. Found all the bits from the cylinder etc but was a bit baffled. Sounds like maybe one of those key pins wasn't totally correct. If you can't pick the lock, you can always shim it from the rear. I'm not totally familiar with this UA-camr, but I found the video with a quick search and it seemed pretty comprehensive. Note that you can buy these shims from sites such as clksupplies.com or go through any old DVD / Bluerays you bought at a store. The security stickers they put inside, when cut open, have a couple thin metal shims in them! I also use a rake or hook pick to lift the pins when shimming from the rear whereas this person uses a key blank. ua-cam.com/video/i8KKQLLPR14/v-deo.html

Where do you get the security pins?
Check out eBay, search for 'spool serrated security pins.' I got a nice collection of 30 that work with both common Schlage and Kwikset locks.
