Zippered Pouch - two different styles

In this video I will be showing you how to change the shape and look of a basic pouch. The result is of a good size for a pencil case, makeup bag or to keep your essentials.
MATERIALS:
* Main fabric:
- 2 pieces 8 1/2" x 4 1/2" if you are using a fabric with a pattern like mine
or ** 1 piece 8 1/2" x 8 1/2" if you are using a plain or geometric pattern fabric that will not look upside down when folded. ***
* Lining fabric:
- 2 pieces 8 1/2" x 8 1/2"
* End of zipper tabs if necessary : 2 pieces of fabric as wide as the zipper x 2". *** see video for explanation.
* Interfacing:
- Enough interfacing of your choice for the main fabric pieces
* 1 zipper longer than 8 1/2" or shorter if you want to add tabs to each end
