You do the cleanest work of any shop I've seen....anywhere. The little extra seconds you take to wipe down, clean, refinish really shows. Nice fucking work.
About 2 mins in you said about replacing what seems pointless parts like the wiper cover, I couldnt agree more, little things like that make an overall difference to the finished result of the car 100%
Over time the black comes off the trim. I sanded and resprayed then cleared mine. Can't get at Toyota Stealerships anymore. Came out awesome. Longtime owner.
Glad your hands and wrists didn't get wrecked taking off that sensor with your impact gun! Great content, love the details, funny commentary and faces.
I normally can't stomach seeing someone breaking a whole bunch of bolts on a nice looking motor,...... but watching yours while doing it makes it a little easier.......
Commitment to a project and following threw very is very satisfying, does anybody notice, as long as the car is running and there’s a sense of accomplishment I say go for the gold ! Work with what you have, great video!
I get it. There's nothing better than replacing worn out old plastics etc. I'm going through the same process with my ST205 GT4. As you said, all the small pieces end up making a big difference!
That’s the only way to do it. Take your time, clean and inspect everything, use OEM gaskets and fluids. It’s an OCD dream. I always have a wisp of regret when I have to effect an emergency repair with dirty autozone parts.
RacerX is some seriously sexy stuff. I had their sheetmetal intake on my '91 Turbo also. Was such a jewel to look at whenever I would open the engine lid.
Geeze you are so fun to watch. Amazing hands and those nails; don't think we don't notice. I love how you just say what's running through your mind, so fun to know you that way.
when i had my supra i replaced every button on the dash and a bunch of exterior parts including headlights.. having the details clean and new makes a huge difference
You are absolutely entertaining! My smiley muscles, are overworked, on almost everyone of your videos. I just love you to death. Thank you for your informative and entertaining videos.
This is such a great channel for somebody building a car like this. You have such a jam there Sarah. You should be very proud of all your hard work into this project because it does not go unnoticed to those of us that really appreciate classic 1990s car such as this
Detail tip: If you take some of your Tire Wet or whatever tire dressing you use, and put it on a rag, or spray directly onto your black trim parts like the wiper arms, it'll restore the deep black hue for a while. In simpler terms, tire dressing restores black trim really awesomely. Awesomely is a word.
What’s up, sir? How have you been? What are you driving these days? I’m about to change the coolant return feed hose from the turbo on my MR2T and I see Sarah snapped the bolts in half on hers and now I’m dreading the next two hours 🤣
@@negativeindustrial Matt? Whats up, old friend?! I still have the supra after 8 years and then I picked up Art's old GT2 back in 2017 and its in the process of a rebuild for the last 2 years. Should be a fun car when its ready. What about you?
NgoFcukinWay That’s fucking awesome, bro. Art’s car was truly a work of Art 🤣 That car was a big inspiration for me since before I met you, if you can believe that. Art and I were OGs on 6gc. and I always admired your car. I’m finishing an MR2Turbo now. Basically the same as Sarah’s except all the go fast parts are GReddy, Apex’i and Aussie. CT-20b, AEM TruBoost/Wideband setup. Same as the Celica essentially. I’ve been thinking about you because I’m buying some form of Supra next to complete the trilogy. I’m leaning towards black SC300 TT 5spd but I’m also weighing the MKIII 1JZ-GTE route. Either way, another swap is in my future. On a side note, I shouldn’t have worried. My MR2 turned 30yo this month but she’s a Texas car so no rust. The water neck came right off without drama. 1hr job and I changed and cleaned all the hoses down there. It’s one of the few jobs that’s easier on the MR2 than it is on the Celica. Still single or married?
I can appreciate the attention to details like using the correct hardware, replacing damaged OE trim pieces, etc... keep up the great content and videos!
Long time viewer, first comment... You are so much fun to watch and listen to. Your knowledge is incredible. Thank you for your service and this fun channel.
You should consider installing a mini-split HVAC system in your garage. It’ll make working in the garage so much better summer or winter. Best thing I ever did......
Just want to say thanks for your videos, specifically the Mr2. I recently imported one and have been modding it with your help. Thanks for the great content, keep it up!
The quickest 15 min videos you’ll ever see on UA-cam. Thx Sarah!
You do the cleanest work of any shop I've seen....anywhere. The little extra seconds you take to wipe down, clean, refinish really shows. Nice fucking work.
Replacing the little things makes a HUGE difference. Kudos!
About 2 mins in you said about replacing what seems pointless parts like the wiper cover, I couldnt agree more, little things like that make an overall difference to the finished result of the car 100%
Yep! I'm right with you.
Over time the black comes off the trim. I sanded and resprayed then cleared mine. Can't get at Toyota Stealerships anymore. Came out awesome. Longtime owner.
I wish a lot more people were well rounded like you.
Glad your hands and wrists didn't get wrecked taking off that sensor with your impact gun! Great content, love the details, funny commentary and faces.
I don’t know why I was surprised that you fit in the front trunk. Excellent soundtrack on this episode. And finally Mr. Dos looks amazing. 👊❤️🇺🇸
Seriously, such a Gearhead! Only a few get excited over such little parts. Love it!
🤘💖💝🌹❤️💘♥️❣️💕💌
I love your attention to detail Sarah. You say it's OCD, I say it's "the only way to be."
Oh I had no idea you could replace that nasty neck. I'm buying! Thanks Sarah.
LJMR2 tell them I sent you!
One of the hardest working Gals on UA-cam! Great job Sarah

Holy crap.... your engine bay is SOOOOOO Clean ..... WOW!!!!
Sarah's facial expressions when using the impact. Priceless.
Love your attention to the little things, makes for a nice job!!!!!!!!!!!!
I normally can't stomach seeing someone breaking a whole bunch of bolts on a nice looking motor,...... but watching yours while doing it makes it a little easier.......
Your attention to detail is much appreciated
That is a great call by racer x fabrication to recognize a project worthy of sponsorship. Your MR2 is Really coming together.
Commitment to a project and following threw very is very satisfying, does anybody notice, as long as the car is running and there’s a sense of accomplishment I say go for the gold ! Work with what you have, great video!
You're so right. It's the little things that make all the difference.
I also love it when a car has all its parts and pieces on its place,it makes the car look fully complete
Won’t be long until companies are approaching YOU to sponsor. Keep up the great work! 👍
I love the look of the machining on those Racer X parts, the quality shows.
That coolant has been out more in the last few weeks than me in the last few months
At first I was like :D and then I was like :(
Always a joy to watch you work on your cars
I get it. There's nothing better than replacing worn out old plastics etc. I'm going through the same process with my ST205 GT4. As you said, all the small pieces end up making a big difference!
I just went to Racer X and hit their contact page to send a thank you for this sponsorship. They should know we appreciate it. And thanks Sarah.
Clean, Clean, Clean... I love it... seriously, cleaning everything along the way makes me happy...
That’s the only way to do it. Take your time, clean and inspect everything, use OEM gaskets and fluids. It’s an OCD dream. I always have a wisp of regret when I have to effect an emergency repair with dirty autozone parts.

Racer X, not only a cool metal band but a specialty auto parts company!
Your attention to the little things is amazing. It's the little details that add up to a great car. Keep at it. Enjoyable video Sarah.
Love your attitude as you go about working on cars. Adds sunshine on grey days. Thank you Sarah.
when i had my supra i replaced every button on the dash and a bunch of exterior parts including headlights.. having the details clean and new makes a huge difference
That's awesome that racerx jumped on board. That engine bay is looking tidy!!
You are absolutely entertaining! My smiley muscles, are overworked, on almost everyone of your videos. I just love you to death. Thank you for your informative and entertaining videos.
I had a MR2 in 1986. Square body style. Loved it, non Turbo. That car was like driving a skate board. I love mid-engine cars.
Favourite part of the video... 0:43 when you break out the Gerber Multitool. 👍
Hey kiddo, don't throw the old ones out. You can repair them to look like new and have spares or resell them. It all adds up! Love your work as usual.
Mr Dos looking all pimp! RacerX is making some great billet stuff! 👏🏻
Attention to detail is off the hook. Bravo Sarah! 👍🏻
Not ridiculous to replace the tiny things. WE ARE LIKE YOU! (well some of us.....) Thanks!
I love how you're sitting in the frunk to fix the trim pieces! Awesome!
Great work Sarah! All while looking fabulous in red!
"I am not gonna drive this thing in the winter" - Yeah, apart from that one time you did donuts in the snow with it, we remember =P
Kudos to RacerX.
Not sure how but you keep making that car Prettyer & prettyer. As you say tis the little things that matter.
I think you’re becoming my spirit animal, Sarah...
Love the 80’s synth!! I suddenly felt like doing aerobics while watching this!!
I'm so stoked on your mr2 build! I'm currently in the process of swapping a k24 into my 1987 aw11 mr2.

I have been replacing odd plastic bits on my 2003 Porsche and it makes a massive difference.
Jinkie - that word reminds me of Scooby Doo. Great video. Mr. Dos is looking terrific.
they sent you a flash drive while i got some Big League Chew bubble gum when I ordered my fuel rail. lol
What’s up, sir? How have you been? What are you driving these days?
I’m about to change the coolant return feed hose from the turbo on my MR2T and I see Sarah snapped the bolts in half on hers and now I’m dreading the next two hours 🤣

Great timing, working on some upgrades to my Mustang GT and always looking for quality parts made in the USA!
The MR2 is coming along nicely.
You should consider installing a mini-split HVAC system in your garage. It’ll make working in the garage so much better summer or winter. Best thing I ever did......

Hi, when you find a tight fastener try tightening it before you try to loosen it do it several times it works a lot of the time!. Steve UK.
Hey, if no one has said it lately. You're awesome =)
Great Job.
Can wait to see it fully finished and ripping up the streets.
Cool led setup! Your videos are fantastic Sarah!! 😎🐢🇨🇦
Keep up the great work your doing amazing with your videos. Your getting better and better every time. I love our car reviews.
Great job Sarah!
Keep it up Sarah...love your humor and your attention to detail @Hammersrt
Mint faux-jitos sound really refreshing.
Glad you found that sponsor though. Seems like a perfect fit for your OCD attention to detail, haha
Braided lines would look really cool in the engine bay.
I was just done rewatching the previous video. Nice.
@2:00 "It's hot in here" Yeah, cause your in there.
Hi Sarah, you definitely need to embrace the cordless ratchet. They are a fantastic time saver and make jobs at arms length much easier
Some cool parts they all make a difference.
Love to see u using a Gerber multi tool.
