Didn't these used to come with a V6 turbo at one point? Nice looking but it's still a Vauxhall at the end of the day plus I think they're close to 30k no?
Chris Dooley insignia was heavy but that 4x4 meant it was good wet, dry or cold. GTC needed to be dry to really get a lick on otherwise it would spin 60+ mph

Just curious what your thoughts were this or the latest Civic Type R FK2 you had ago in a while back? You mentioned it doesn't torque steer much but what were you comparing against because it looked difficult to control to be fair!! The Civic puts the power down with minimal if any noticeable torque steer whatsoever but you looked like you were struggling with this didn't look controlled at all.
Jynx is Magic oh yeah, shit that is the most powerful frontwheel drive hatch on the market that has no torque steer and looks better than all of its competators.
Knock Vauxhall’s all you want…. The VXR’s shit on anything else in the range, this particular model of VXR has a quality interior and at 347hp gives Golf R’s a run for their money. Keep your ST’s Ford-knobs, and stop talking shit about Vauxhall’s when the majority of you have never driven one😊
You can stick the VXR badge on it but its still an Astra 😂 Like putting Glitter on shit... Its still shit! 😂 All jokes aside, pretty decent cars for an Astra, a lot quicker than you'd think!
Looks no different to any other Astra J. Would rather go for a H though if I'm honest, stands out, looks better, weighs less, faster, can actually spot the difference between a 1.4 and a 2.0 VXR etc

love the gtc VXR, don't see many of them on the road which is a shame as it's one of the best looking hatch's around.
You need to do another s2000 coz I just love them cars
Awkward moment when my neighbours Astra VXR GTC was stolen, also running 347hp, but he has an M3 now, all is well
I’ve got a the 67 plate. Can someone link me what this guy got, because I want it. That thing so much better than mine!
Didn't these used to come with a V6 turbo at one point? Nice looking but it's still a Vauxhall at the end of the day plus I think they're close to 30k no?
Chris Dooley insignia vxr has the 2.8 v6 too
I had the Insignia VXR and GTC VXR. GTC was more fun, Insignia never felt that fast but was refined
Remap could sort that ;) which handled better?
Chris Dooley insignia was heavy but that 4x4 meant it was good wet, dry or cold. GTC needed to be dry to really get a lick on otherwise it would spin 60+ mph
Still a vauxhall? not that they have the lotus carlton which could proberly kill most cars on the road today. Not that the fastest road legal car in europe is a vauxhall either😂
vectra vxr next
It’s sick!!
the eld beefeater at daldowie
Just curious what your thoughts were this or the latest Civic Type R FK2 you had ago in a while back? You mentioned it doesn't torque steer much but what were you comparing against because it looked difficult to control to be fair!! The Civic puts the power down with minimal if any noticeable torque steer whatsoever but you looked like you were struggling with this didn't look controlled at all.
is it me or did it look like the car moved nowhere when he downshifted to accelerate
Hey can you please send link to this exact soundtrack I checked your link its not there. Or anyone know this soundtrack
Went up and down the same road about 10 times 😂😂
My scirocco r makes 310 bhp with a stage 1. I would be expecting a bit more power than that with a stage 3
Is it on fire yet?
Jynx is Magic that's a ford st mate
Terrence Ganasen or zafira😂
Jynx is Magic oh yeah, shit that is the most powerful frontwheel drive hatch on the market that has no torque steer and looks better than all of its competators.
Too many people hate the gtc and opc I have 1 and it's fucking cool
You sound like James Corden mate
Who done the remap
Vxronline stone chips ,say no more, sold mine for megane 265 far better in every way real drivers car
I buy 2008 gtc 1.6 16v about few days ago
This car is foresale in Leeds right now
I've just bought this car from Leeds and then find this vid 😂
Can that VXR button stop the oil leaking bet not 😂
2.0 motor?
I wonder if this vxr is still alive tbh...
I'd get the 3 door astra than the 5 door any day
awesome car
Knock Vauxhall’s all you want…. The VXR’s shit on anything else in the range, this particular model of VXR has a quality interior and at 347hp gives Golf R’s a run for their money.
Keep your ST’s Ford-knobs, and stop talking shit about Vauxhall’s when the majority of you have never driven one😊
Excellent car and vid!.better in blue ~ like the one on my drive!
2nd gear pull... Actually kick the cars ass don't tickle it
whats the song from the intro?
You can stick the VXR badge on it but its still an Astra 😂
Like putting Glitter on shit... Its still shit! 😂
All jokes aside, pretty decent cars for an Astra, a lot quicker than you'd think!
EverythingGaming please shut up
EverythingGaming yeah like putting gti shit on it lol
stage 3 OEM turbo...
This is the only Astra vxr worth buying
Birmingham racing opposed to burning lol
Aaron's Videos Came here to love this car because it's pretty... but that made me laugh haha
Looks no different to any other Astra J. Would rather go for a H though if I'm honest, stands out, looks better, weighs less, faster, can actually spot the difference between a 1.4 and a 2.0 VXR etc
stage 3? taking out the cats and remapping is stage 1 no? lol Guess some cars have less in the stages, due to its potential.
Stage 3 to gain less than 80bhp? A stage 1 gives 320……. That doesn’t move much either, that car isn’t stage 3!
the vauxhall logo ruins the whole front the opel logo is much better
Nice video, but looks as if you are trying to force the 'excited' reaction. It is an Astra though, so don't blame you 1 bit.
😎😎
Why is it so smokey?!
Nice
