Well done Harjap. Shocking behaviour by the gurdwara committee. Unfortunately, there are people in gurdwara committees who should not be there. In my local gurdwara one of the committee (married man) was having an affair with a woman in the sangat. The rest of the commitee (except one member) supportdd him to stay in the committee and told us not to tell anyone, it was only when we threatened to make it public to the rest of the sangat that they made him stand down - yet they they gave him his membership money back! opened my eyes to what goes on. Anyone on a gurdwara committee should be putting our Sikh values first not protecting wrong doings.

My heart absolutely breaks for Pooja, her interview with Harjap was the most difficult thing to ever watch. Her heartbreak, her broken soul, her realisation that without noise she's not going to get the support she deserves. Sukhman's dad isn't worthy of being a man whatsoever, the committee members are the most arrogant bunch of men - they know they have done wrong, they know how to correct this situation but they don't want to look like they made an error. They're still trying to claim some kind of innocence. What they need to remember that one day their going to face the almighty power above - they need to fear that day.
Thank you Harjap for taking the time out once again to highlight the wrongdoings of our gurdwaras committee supporting murders of an innocent child. What can we do collectively to put the situation right? Can we protest outside the respective gurdwara for the 4 members to resign?
Agree with you 1m% if they have not got the guts or bottle to resign they should be booted out of such a high position its Embarrassing to see they have falsely supported the criminals rather than supporting of the grieving mother and their family no morals

The behavior of the Gurdwara officials is absolutely shameless...The community should rally behind the victim's mom and support her for the terrible loss that she has suffered and what she had to endure from these so-called religious leaders.

We as sangat must speak up and demand the committees act according to what our Guruji taught us - if they are not up to the job, get them out.
I agree with Harjap ji ,this going on in worship places ,some don't do anything for community , funds are misused , it's high time people raise their voices to get help for the vulnerable .
Harjap is right about the gurdwara. Sangat has responsibilities also. These committees are getting away with soo much shit.

It’s so sad to see that people who are supposed to be supporting, representing and helping the community in difficult times have done the complete opposite by supporting these murders who have intentionally killed a innocent child.
A person with a good character wouldn’t leave someone to die, and they would never commit such a horrific crime, a normal person would not have a any kind of thoughts or intentions to harm others in the slightest let alone use a ninja sword to kill someone.
More than massive problems. It's a community that is on the edge of complete ruin and a culture/language that will be lost in 1 generations time
