If you are working with a buyer, I suggest that you register them in all the nearby communities, even if you don't visit them, just in case your client goes alone for one day.
I do a lot more when I take a client to new builds, go with clients to first walkthrough, walk them thru loan process, shop the rate, most likely you’ll get a better deal with an outside lender work with lender to get incentives without using there lender, go to final walkthrough and when they sign there loan documents. This is how I get a lot of referrals.
False because if the client shows alone and the bldg requires you as an agent to be on site at the time of the tour than you wont be getting paid. So this isnt universal every bldg management/ leasing is different
I did enjoy this. I was just doing my research on how to start selling new construction and this was very helpful.
If I work with a small builder and people are inquiring about custom builds, and my builder is happy to do it, how do I move forward, what do I need to say to the buyers agents? Do I need to review new construction contract with them? How do I take the next step?
