Not everything is repairable.
There are parts you just simply have to REPLACE due to warn out.
My friend Northern Pakistan is freezing from August to March. It's south and central Pakistan that is dry and warm.
Dear wether of Pakistan is very hot in summers and its very difficult to work in summers because of alot of swat. Believe me its easy to work in cold as compared to hot summer of Pakistan .

They did not pre-load the pinion bearing before checking the gear mesh pattern of the crown wheel and pinion. A must for long lasting life and bearing wear.

Способ заливки масла в редуктор через чулок у них забавный) чтобы масло поменять или долить - каждый раз придётся полуось выбивать)
Доливать, если что, через пробку, как обычно. А заливать им видимо так удобней, покуда полуось снята.
Trabalho rústico sem garantia. Com o pinhão naquele estado será que não desgastou a coroa? As limalhas de aço com certeza entraram num rolamento que ficava colado ao pinhão. Deveria ser trocado. É esse tipo de mecânico que conserta os carros modernos e resolve um problema criando outro e fidelizando o cliente.
No câmbio tem um imã que puxa toda a limalha do ferro. O mecânico deve ter visto a coroa não tão danificada e manteve ela. Pois deve ser mais fácil o pinhão novo estragar doque a coroa velha.

Странно, но я в видео не заметил что бы маркировали положение карданного вала относительно крепежа, ведь так обычно делают, чтобы не было дисбаланса и гула.
And the next day the engine stopped again...they found gravel scratches on all surfaces that are supposed to be perfectly smooth and lubricated. This is a technology dumped in the developed world because it was not precise enough. I hope there are some other shops in the country, where they have clean work surfaces and where floors are moped.

One of the more advanced shops with power tools and a concrete shop floor. They seem to know their stuff and even checked the gear contact patterns. I'm assuming some missing steps was edited out.
Not sure I'm down with how they're just dousing their bare hands in whatever solvent they are using though...
WHAT IS GEAR CONTACT "PATTERNS"? LIKE THE POINTS WHERE THE GEARS ARE IN CONNECTED TO EACH OTHER? AND WHERE IN THE VIDEO DID THEY CHECK THAT?

The guys at my local Napa don't have it if it isn't within arm reach of their stool at the counter.
And that's ANYTHING. "You guys have any 15w40 in a 5gall?" "Nope, well have it in a few days.."
I walk in 20 minutes later and there's a pyramid of 50 gallons dead center of the store. Laziness is all it is down here.
