I'm surprised that thing was running at all.
Amazed that they took it apart with just basic hand tools, determination and know how.
Seriously impressed!!!!
Good job. These Pakistani mechanics are talented.
Really great job, to be honest! These guys are true mechanical heroes, by doing an extraordinary work with no proper equipment and some self-made tools!
Much respect for these gentlemen. Enthusiastic, and their work ethic is second to none. We should be humbled by such people.
Well focused and dedicated guys working with a minimum in open areas with dirt like conditions. Hats off to them !
This is what I imagine when the Facebook marketplace ad says “rebuilt a few months ago, but no paperwork”
Dont buy it then go buy new
Absolutely badass ! Big shoutout to the mechanics and the channel. Great fun to watch.
Imagine what these guys could achieve with a fully equipped workshop, respect
Is not question about it, these guys are master mechanic and they don't even know it, as so.many others from all around the world due that they have to rebuilt rather than buy a new one. Amazing job guys and girls.
How these guys can do what they do working under almost primitive conditions is Simply Amazing. No high-tech gadgetry for these ingenious fellows
Muscle 💪 power😮😢
Where there is a will, there is a way. Especially, when there is no other option. Team work rules
These guys really show what determination and great teamwork can do. All this with nothing but hand tools. I also liked that even though every one of them was covered up to their elbows with oil, grease and dirt during the tear-down, they had all cleaned up to near spotless during the reassembly to avoid crap getting into the rebuild (even though their workbench is nothing but some wood blocks and a steel table sitting on dirt).
Good job 😊👍 ..
Alhamdulillah..
Kudos to everyone of those men any of which is worth more than the overpaid diesel mechanics today.
Team work is the reason that this happened. Everyone understood their role. We Americans would have milk that for at least a week, especially if we're getting paid by the hour, but we'll also need a lot more tools and a bay with a overhead crane, a\c ,heat and schematic
Estão de parabéns, esforço mútuo, empenho 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Wow, gotta hand it to these guys, they know what they’re doing!
And we ban plastic straws yet these guys have to work in these conditions
Mñ
Not a torque wrench in sight - just do it up till it feels kind of tight.....
Love how the dirt absorbs the oil.
Wont lie, I absolutely love these guys!
These guys are amazing, the amount of work they do and the skill they do it with is nothing short of incredible
Is 3 in the morning and I’m supposed to be sleeping but now after I l watched this video I believe I can get out there pull the motor out of my truck apart and put it back together it may not run but it I’ll be back together 😅😅
you guys are the BEST in the WORLD at this kind of work...GREATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT
I like the way the trucks are painted in rainbow colors and that the employees are allowed to wear dresses.🌈
Авто сервис Игорёк --- качество не наш конёк
27:41 they made that ring compressor from an old cylinder ... that is genius ...
Wow I’m impressed. You can do anything if you apply yourself.
Big supporter, amazing to watch 3 days 24/7 stripped clean replace rebuild, turn key, ring client ready to go, pay me.
(Payment made) - next client
Industrial pajamas and sandals are top notch 👍
The poor wife who’s gotta wash those unies 😮😢 that’s the real unsung hero
i hope there paid well. that's hard work and dangerous i do the same but in uk using all the modern stuff and safety
Kerja bagus 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Very valuable video!!. Why they are not introducing " gas cut" to oil pan?
Great job!. Although they're probably now 'off' Greta Thunbergs xmas card list!. 🤣
Bol lacks to her
Looks like a bunch upgraded to sneakers from sandals. God bless them.
Genialidad en su máxima expresion
They should start a go fund me page to purchase a torque wrench
You can tell who 's the boss, the guy with the white shirt! He does all the fine installation, start the engine at the end, and enjoy washing the engine case too. 😎Team work, good job all involved.
Good ol hands and old tools never fails
Brilliant work
Talented undeniably but nothing torqued down to the correct tolerance and nothing seems to go back in the order it was removed. Rebuilt in filthy conditions. How long before it fails again? Fun to watch though
great team work,, any of these guys would make 60 bucks an hour in the usa
Reminds me of Cubans, dont have the best, but output the best...incredibly talented. You learn skills beyond when in their situation.
Bloody amazing clever boys
Nice job👍
Excellent job!
This is why it's called "the third world"
IN USA REBUILD PRICE 80K IN INDIA 1200$ who is laughing now
They often don’t even have a torque wrench so yeah it’s scary. Plus the gasket kit probably cost 500$ or more
기적이다
놀라운기억력
That is one filthy engine - outside and inside!
But well done mechanics!
Makes taking apart my 1939 Farmall Tractor seem simple.
Spirit and team work thats what i love. Lov❤from South Africa
ทำไมบังเก่งจังคัฟ🤔🤔🤔
I am impressed.. I take my hat off to you guys!!!
amazing safety gear and hardly any run-off polluting the water! 10/10
I'd recommend periodic oil changes.
فقط ينقصهم تأهيل المكان وإعداده لمثل هذا العمل
These guys are brave ,must exercise wer some worksuits
They really stripped that engine to the bone. No special tools too.
They have a lot of trust in that tripod! 😮
Circumstance and needs based.
No such thing as OH&S out here, oil everywhere, then water, while all wearing flip flops.
Bloody unreal stuff, gotta hand it to them, that’s determination.
Six cylinder in line diesel engine successfully rebuilded by these guys in a couple of hours final invoice after taxes probably u$100😊
Here in US same work probably two weeks of US labor final invoice u$ 15,000.00 + tax😅 for sure.
We have a lot to learn sometimes
Looks like an NT855 Cummins
These guys are the real deal
NHRA has nothing on these guys!
Gracias a su video pude ver cómo es un motor de estas máquinas por dentro buen trabajo un lak
Let’s see their workplace safety video.
So talented strong boys
God bless you
good work boys a joy to watch
Those who have never tried will say that it can't be done. Those who have tried and fail will say it's impossible.
We need to have a duet with this and the guys at JAMSI.
Should we change the oil boys?
Naaah we'll just rebuild the engine.
Engineer Kelantan Malaysi🇲🇾🇲🇾🇲🇾 laughing seeing this video....
" sounds like it....!"
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Not a torque wrench in sight. Torque by feel. Amazed.
Good job 👍🏻 👏 😮😢
Excelente trabajo
Back door slamming warranty ! Lol
Bravo !
RESPECT! 😎
Молодцы, все при деле, без перекуров,
Minions cha 😂👍
😮
Cleaning engine fixes it?
Saludos desde ARGENTINA,👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍🇦🇷
If you don’t love their blatant disregard for ear protection you are not human
Porque eles não limpam o motor antes de começar a desmonta-lo.
Then you buy this machine on the open market
That brings back memories from the 1970s. Komatsu "borrowed" most of the D355 design from the Caterpillar D9G/H models. But the engine was a Cummins type design. If I recall correctly, Komatsu may have built that engine under license from Cummins.
Not an easy engine to overhaul.
👏👏👏👏
not a torque wrench in sight!
Pretty impressive. I could take it apart with no problem. Putting it all together may be a problem though.
Un Buen video exelente Pero ceria Bueno si usarán mascarilla cuando ce usa La Gasolina ⛽ a precion 😮
wonder how many bolts were leftover in the end....
3 batteries used on a 24 Volt starter ????? In series its now 36 volt ---- enough to either burn the FIELD COILS or damage the armature --- or more severe both
"Complete Restoration" Dudes assembled this thing dry and in the dirt. Destined to fail.
Lack of maintenance is the result of this! Too cheap to buy oil! Damn! These guys work in the dirt with primitive tools and accomplish so much!
Engine too dirty inside
Not bad for a parking lot job though lol.
Diesels oil is always like this on old mechanical fuel pump engines. But, I would bet they didn't change the oil much.
Молодцы как в России на поле разобрали и собрали😊
It looks like the engine is apart more than it is together. When your using your thumb for a dial indicator and tennis elbow pain for a torque wrench setting, it can only be a quality rebuild...
Молодцы парни
These little elves are fast!
