Hello? Nagkakaproblema po ako sa setup ko. Bali kailangan po nakadikit bibig ko para madetect ng mic na nagsasalita ako. BM800 and v8 sound card po gamit ko. Pinapadaan ko ung sound sa usb data cable. Ano po kaya ang problema? nakamax napo ung volume ng sound card e. Kailangan ko pabang bumili ng phantom power for this. o sira lang po talaga ung item na natanggap ko.

@Jhon i think you can bro. Just need to invest on a condenser mic with usb function. Just plug and play and you can use some free virtual digital audio workstation (DAW) like Audacity to record.

I would like to ask a question. When I insert my Mic directly on the PC there is no Playback but when I use it in the sound card I`m hearing myself, how can I fix it?
You just have to make sure that the wires are inputted correctly you can test using you headphones or headset maybe so that you can test if it is okay because I already experienced that one

I already bought the V8 soundcard, can I still use it together with the Phantom Power? It's just that the phantom power doesn't have adjustments (echo, bass) like the v8 sound card. And if the answer is yes, will the hissing sound be solved?

How do I decrease my mic latency so that I could use my headphones for monitoring?
I found this video while searching for solutions for my BM800's hissing problems. I have it plugged into a U-Phoria UM2 Interface and the hissing is still there. But you're right, BM800's high noise floor is there but now with a good interface.
My solution is currently: to buy a better mic. I'm currently eyeing on Samson C01.

realtek digital output - you should use an optical out cable, if your motherboard has that option to a toslink input in an av receiver or your speaker set up in order to get that option. that also assumes that you have an av receiver or speaker set up that has a toslink in, in the first place.
Hello, I followed your guide. I listened to my voice in Voicemeeter, it sounds okay. So I changed the output to the Digital Output like you said. Then I open Discord and use Voicemeeter as the input. However the mic test is giving me "choppy" sounds. Like the mic's pickup is intermittent. Even listening to the Voicemeeter output using Window's sound control panel gives the same intermittent pickup. Yet, in Voicemeeter software itself the mic pickup is not like this; its not choppy. And without Voicemeeter, the mic is picking up my voice in full, it doesnt chop after every second. I want to use Voicemeeter though, how can i fix this?

Hey sir, I need help with my BM800, I haven't used it for months because I have no boom arm and I'm only using a DIY holder. I decided to use it again this morning, everything was fine, it was recognized and stuff, and I tried testing the microphone and I only hear static and that my voice was not getting picked up. Is there any solution to this? It was working fine last time I used it..

guys please answer on my question, I got a BM800 mic and i bought it a new jack 3.5 cable after the original usb cable that came with the mic hadn't worked anymore, but it hasn't worked. So im thinking if i got phantom power supply it would help.
What do you think about the UGreen USB Soundcard?

It's generally the same as my original BM-800 video where I lay down how to use voicemeeter. Just make sure that the Scarlett is what is selected in Hardware Input.

MUSKA NRXGAMING Upgrading from the BM800 is definitely a good idea! It depends on your budget, and if you prefer and XLR or USB mic. In my opinion if you are going to use it in live environments best go with a dynamic mic + interface combo. You can go with either the Samson Q7 or Rode Podmic with the Q502USB ☺️

Yeah, I'm here because I have a V8 soundcard, and used it properly like once? Now I'm here because throughout the four, five times I've used this, I've met increasingly higher difficulty getting it to work smoothly. I don't know if I just got a defective unit, but as of now, neither of the supposed output "Live" ports are working. This was able to take a bass guitar into the Dynamic port, and the BM-800 into Condenser mic port on another occasion, and I was able to record on an android tablet using Open Camera, like how I watched in a video here in UA-cam. I'm trying to do that again now, and it's not working. Honestly, I don't even know if it just up and got fried in there lol who knows what's going on in there at this rate 😅
Now I'm hoping that maybe I can just plug the BM-800 directly into PC/laptop. With the settings I've got so far, it's not able to record my voice on the built-in voice recording app on the laptop. Could this fixed by 14:36 alone? Or would I need a different software/app that records or processes the audio?

Hey bro. I know ang late ko na. Binigyan kasi ako ng dad ko ng bm800 + v8 combo. Now, dami ko na ginawa. If naka plug directly yung mic sa laptop splitter ko (im using a splitter, isa lang kasi ung jack ng laptop ko headphone + mic combo), may static beeping sound sya. Then if I will use the v8, hissing naman sya and lakas ng pick up ng noise. Will phantom power supply solve that beeping sound if i plugged it directly? O gamitin ko na sabay sabay? uwu

I got phantom power, now my laptop isn't finding the BM800 to connect to. I have microphone connected to input, USB power input directly to computer. there is now no sound when i play back my recording. Have speakers set to Realtech array.

Too bad I already bought a V8 Soundcard... however, using my laptop and my Boss VE20 voice pedal, it's good so far... planning to buy a PA mixer similar to your Behringer Xenyx...and see what would be the result if i interconnect it.

I wish you made this video earlier 😂 I bought my Bm 800 with phantom power and v8 sound card almost a month ago. It's true that increasing gain in v8 increases the white noise. That's why I keep my v8's gain at around 20-40% only and just use OBS' gain filter :(

The Q502USB is a plug and play device with a built-in EQ! I skip Voicemeeter since I just do my EQ on the interface :)
