Thanks for explaining the simple things like what pressing certain buttons does and what the numbers mean. All other videos assume you are already an expert. As a complete noob I'm so confused learning what combination of mouse / controller keyboard I should be using to fly most things and I end up crashing because I don't know the bindings. The game throws you in the deep end without a paddle.
@@CaptainKenobi I'm wondering if I should get a Thrustmaster stick and throttle but I'm wondering how you would control the camera and fly at the same time. Currently with and X Box controller you have two sticks, one for camera and one for flying. It just hasn't got enough buttons on it though
@@CaptainKenobi Is that what the "hat" is? Sorry I'm new to this. That doesn't look like it's easy to make precision movements. I'm having trouble looking around some cockpits and selecting things with the thumbstick on my controller as it is where it often overshoots
Just switch to a flight stick so also try using mouse for cursor control but the sensitivity is off the charts is there a fix? Or will just have to use Xbox controller?
Thank you for the video. I still don't understand how I can adjust the general settings and not the specific airplane controls. It's a mess and there's conflicts everywhere.
It's automatic. If it's a control related to camera or menu something like pause, it will fall into the general setting. If it's aircraft controls like rudder, it will be in the aircraft category. And if you fly the a320, there are some options available for this specific aircraft and it will fall into the specific aircraft category.

Yes it takes a bit of time and practice!

There is a stick you can use for that on the Airbus joystick, same for the Boeing Yoke ;)

MSFS needs to fix the controls for TOBII. Missing head tracking and eye tracking only is annoying. Great video.
100%
Can i have double commands like F2 for multiple things?
