The more I think about it, Ahsoka may have been one of the deadliest duelists of the clone wars, especially nearing the end of the war. She's amazingly agile and her reverse-grip jar kai style is pretty much one of a kind (Star Killer is close) and she has pretty much total mastery over it. Going up against the opponents she has, including Anakin and Kenobi, I think she deserves the title of most underrated Jedi duelist of all time.

I love that Ahsoka just switches of her lightsabers and casually disarms Seventh Sister with her bare hands. She probably could have handled both inquisitors without using her lightsabers at all. She's far too quick for Fifth Brother and if push came to shove, she could still easily overpower Seventh Sister just by using the Force. I also like Seventh Sister's line "who doesn't want to be a mother". If she'd had more screen-time and they'd bothered to actually flesh out her character, they could have added so much depth to her based on that one line. Maybe she's barren, maybe she lost a child in the past and that's why she turned to the Dark side, or maybe she's an ex-Jedi (not Barriss Offee though because Ahsoka would have recognized her if she was) who never fully let go of the rule about not having kids. But unfortunately, it's just a throwaway line with no significance. Out of all of the Inquisitors, except possibly the Grand Inquisitor (although he only gained a sympathetic side after he died and Kanan had a vision of him as a Temple Guard), Seventh Sister had the most potential to be an interesting character, but the writers killed her off too soon and never fleshed her out.
Tom Norton that's a problem you'll encounter with a lot of characters, specially with Rebels, wich is a show that doesn't have the time to be itself, since it's forced into a kid's show.

Entire armies have tried to stop her and entire armies have failed. She personally fought against the Jedi killer General Grievous twice and lived to tell the tale. When nearly all other Jedi perished during Order 66, she survived. And even after 15 years of the Empire sending its best trackers to try and hunt down those like her, not once did they capture her. These two chumps never stood a chance.
What would have been the funny; when Ahsoka says, “Tell your master he’ll have to wait!” and jumps, Seventh Sister and Fifth brother force push her into the ground and stab her legs.
Ahsoka's probably one of the top five greatest lightsaber duellists alive at this point, the other four being Vader, Obi-Wan, Palpatine and Yoda (although Palpatine and Yoda don't use lightsabers anymore). She's still just as agile and acrobatic as she was in The Clone Wars, but her techniques are more refined. Seventh Sister put up a decent fight but it's obvious that she never had a chance and Eighth Brother didn't put up any fight at all.
Gotta say, Tano reminds me of Kenobi in Rebels. Shes wise, keeps to herself mostly, resourceful, witty, got a dry sense of humor, and best of all, she owns all her opponents. (Mind you, Kenobi had tougher and numerous opponents, but Ahsoka is up there in big leagues now)
Fun fact: Ahoka's lightsaber crystals were taken from an Inquistor's in Raada. When the crimson red color of the blade was drained from the crystal, it became white. And she left her old lightsabers behind when Anakin returned it to her after leaving the Jedi Order to feign her death by Order 66.
