I love using wallpaper on inexpensive pieces of furniture to jazz it up. Yes, you have to use some kind of caulking or framing because no matter how accurate you are, you still get jagged edges with the wallpaper, and the caulking or framing hides that beautifully. Great job on this piece! It’s very pretty, and it’s on trend.

Thoughts to boost your confidence on your work's value:
Your "cost" should include your labor and your asking price should reflect the total value, which includes the "Art and Design" of your piece.
Don't be afraid to Create higher end pieces and don't be afraid to charge for their corresponding value.
I encourage you to speak with some of the folks here on UA-cam that have established "pricing formula's".
One that comes to mind is:
      " Brushed by Brandy"
      ▶ Just for the Enjoyment:
One of my favorite, "Artists of the Creative Crafts" is a guy in Britain: "Johnathon Marc Mendes", take a look at his video list and pick one that interests you. You will enjoy his works and he will inspire your already creative mind with some great ideas. I really like his Decoupage and Painted Furniture.
Those really inspire me, I'm an Artist, (oil on canvas) predominantly, thus I find his technique most appealing to my creative desires.

Really like the wallpaper usage on this piece. Gives it the touch of interest it needed to make it a desirable addition to someones home. Got to admit, I was not fond of the green color, but realize it is a matter of personal choice. Another thing that I think would add more to it would have been an antiquing gel color to the raised design to make it stand out more, (just a subtle touch). Over all, it was a job very well done on a low quality item...you brought it up several notches.

It looks fine. Unfortunately, wallpaper is rather soft and vurnerable.

Hi 1959 Berre, thanks for your comment. You bring up a good point. We hope the wallpaper stands up to normal wear and tear for many years. It is very thick and heavy, caulked around all the edges and topcoated with 3 coats of polyurethane. It was also only applied to recessed areas. But even doing all of that, it may not be suitable for all homes where it could get damaged with heavy use or abuse. 😬

Well my bet would be a teething baby. My daughter bit the coffee table and used her baby wipes to destroy it. It wasn’t high quality wood

Haha... nothing alcoholic. Mom has Muscular Dystrophy which effects her strength, balance and speech. Fortunately, this hasn't stopped her from living a full life yet.

You should try using an Adhesive Remover(goo gone) instead of the heat gun to remove stickers like those,

😍 Thanks Susan! Yes, we do that sometimes, too. I'm not sure why we opted for the heat gun here but it got most of the adhesive off. 🤗
