I did 30-35 mins jumprope HIIT workouts for a month, And alough I took 5-10 sec more breaks each round i completed this. I was 99kg 2 months ago now i'm at 93kg, 23 kg more to go
for the past two weeks i keep on breaking my own jumping rope record. i did 800 jump ropes in 1hr 20min and i am only 12 yr old and i am not 13 am going to keep on jumping for 1 month and see my results. I am 173 cm tall, 59 kg weight. My stupid smartwatch after this workout showed me 905 calories burned. I find it hard to believe and even half of it would be impressive. I've never used a jump rope before, so far I've only been running and I've never seen such a result after an hour of activity. At the moment I'm sweating like a wild hippo, but I'm still impressed with the effectiveness. I am superglueing this jump rope to my hands. Thank you!

You are a beast!! Because of the quarantine, I have been getting into rope jumping. Today I just did 10 sets of 1 minute jump - 1 minute rest. I didn't count how many jump I did, but I believe it should be around 1,200. My goal is 1.30 minutes jumping and 45 seconds rest for 10 sets.
I followed this workout today and it was great! I use the chest strap heart rate device (polar) and needed to go a bit more to reach 800 calories. I’m 6’1” 264 lbs and looking to get somewhere between 200-220 lbs. thank you!!

I used to jump rope everyday from august 1 2020 to mid december. Then due to some personal issues, and a lot of procrastination, I stopped doing it. And now I feel like I've made the right decision by continuing to do it. Not gonna lie JRD, I miss watching you guys' video every week and improving my schedule and diet according to it. I used to be able to jump for 30 minutes straight, but now I'm only able to do it for 10 minutes. Man, I hate losing progress. But I swear that I'll be back to my top form by the end of may, or I'll be even better. I took 2 week 1000 & 2 week 2000 jump rope challenge just with a 15 - 30 minutes workout you can loose upto 5 kgs in a month which is awesome 👌. Instead of just thinking we should be little active and we can loose weight slowly. We should not follow crash diet instead eat fresh homemade food and quit Packaged Food, junk food, fried food and sweets for healthy weightloss.
I’ve been doing this for the last couple weeks I’ve lost weight fursure, but havnt been able to reach him yet currently at average 136heart rate and maximum 165 heart rate, with 590 calories hopefully In the next couples week I get close to him

I just wanna remain accountable, this is where I think I can, don't mind me hopping in here everyday :) edit: got 600 kcals only in 1hr 14 minutes n I'm tired cant jump anymore, will train shoulders and a bit of legs for the remaining 200 kcals....

So, I’ve tried jumping rope but after about 2-3 minutes I get a crazy intense headache. This is the only activity I’ve tried that affects me this way. Running, lifting weights etc, no problem. Anybody else experience this?

Hey Guys! I love your videos but after jumping three times a week I start getting shin splints and need to take a break. I would LOVE it if you make a video on causes of shin splints in jump roping in ways to stop getting it! Thanks!
You get shin splints from heavy impact on concrete they are little cracks in the bone and if not taking care of can turn into stress fractures get a mat it will help absorb the impact
That's a lotta work! If inconsistency is what you're battling right now, why not take a smaller step: 1) I will jump rope for 10 minutes a day, 5x per week. Once you're able to crush that goal for a month, let's talk about 15 minutes.

So, I’ve tried jumping rope but after about 2-3 minutes I get a crazy intense headache. This is the only activity I’ve tried that affects me this way. Running, lifting weights etc, no problem. Anybody else experience this?

15x3 old school boxing timer on min rest do push squats sit up 5 sets in total 3 min jumping rope hour morning hour night lost 4 stone in counting..diet is large mean green smoothie for lunch and dinner 2 pieces of fish on vegetables in oven remember 500 ml water day you be ripped in no time iv lost 4 stones 3.lbs in 13 weeks so far
Hey Guys! I love your videos but after jumping three times a week I start getting shin splints and need to take a break. I would LOVE it if you make a video on causes of shin splints in jump roping in ways to stop getting it! Thanks!
You get shin splints from heavy impact on concrete they are little cracks in the bone and if not taking care of can turn into stress fractures get a mat it will help absorb the impact
Can you make a video about effects of different styles of jumping rope? like boxer style and others?
I've been inconsistent. Will try to do this Everyday for the end of this month.
That's a lotta work! If inconsistency is what you're battling right now, why not take a smaller step:
1) I will jump rope for 10 minutes a day, 5x per week.
Once you're able to crush that goal for a month, let's talk about 15 minutes.
