I did 30-35 mins jumprope HIIT workouts for a month, And alough I took 5-10 sec more breaks each round i completed this.
I was 99kg 2 months ago now i'm at 93kg, 23 kg more to go

for the past two weeks i keep on breaking my own jumping rope record. i did 800 jump ropes in 1hr 20min and i am only 12 yr old and i am not 13 am going to keep on jumping for 1 month and see my results. @@HB-yk4utthat's a ton of calories being burnt, so tracking calories isn't an issue as long as your eating foods that are high in protein or volume (meat, popcorn, egg whites etc) then your good

I lost 2lbs this week 😆 just by doing 1000 jumpropes in 30 minutes and 10 minute workout from Hana Milly and following a calorie deficit for my diet... my goal is to lose 100lbs I have to lose my baby weight and the weight I gained just being lazy in my relationship before the baby lmao but I'm doing this for my baby boy and my boyfriend but ultimately myself ! I wanna feel good again and I don't want a hip replacement at 27 years old so I gotta lose weight. Thank you jump rope dudes for the motivation. It's hard but I take little breaks whenever I need it I'm just not gonna stop.

I followed this workout today and it was great! I use the chest strap heart rate device (polar) and needed to go a bit more to reach 800 calories. I’m 6’1” 264 lbs and looking to get somewhere between 200-220 lbs. thank you!!

i reached the 800 cal mark i exactly 57-58 min did 7k plus steps… ising a spedd rope…calculating a n fitbit app… i like jump rope .. need more variations so that do not get bored …

Weightloss is a journey in itself. Healthy habits and lifestyle can make you loose weight so easily. I took 2 week 1000 & 2 week 2000 jump rope challenge just with a 15 - 30 minutes workout you can loose upto 5 kgs in a month which is awesome 👌. Instead of just thinking we should be little active and we can loose weight slowly. We should not follow crash diet instead eat fresh homemade food and quit Packaged Food, junk food, fried food and sweets for healthy weightloss.

Yo - I am really struggling with extensor tendonitis in my right foot after jumping rope 6 days a week since Jan 2021 ... absolutely in love with it but this last 2 weeks being unable to do anything sucks. Have any of you guys exerienced this or Dan - do you have any tips for recovery?
