Sorry if todays video is a little loud and shaky. I’m testing out a new camera set up at the moment. My aquarium dimension is 120x45x45cm (48x18x18in) Stand dimension is 120x45x70cm (48x18x28in)
This is awesome. This stand along with the aquarium will make a good back drop for the future livestreams. Also the wood grains, on those 2x4s you choose, look very nice! 😃
You need and angle driver attachment for your impact drill. It’s a game changer for tight spaces for real! This looks great though. I’m about to build a stand here soon. Might use this design for it.
Absolutely love that stand. Shaper edges and hiding the end grain was brilliant. I used to work in a wood shop for a very short time and miss it very much. Setting your project makes me want to get back into the shop even more. Thanks for sharing!
It looks amazing, Ryo! This is the nicest stand I have seen, and you can tell you really took your time with it. I love it! It would be neat if you could put those soft-closing doors on it that you like. I cannot wait to see the finished product. Your live-stream room is going to look incredible! Well done.
Thank you, yes soft closing doors would be nice but I’m thinking more of design. Shaker doors, slab doors, beaded style doors… I’m having a tough time deciding which look I like best 😅
@@RyoWatanabee Oh I get it now. lol. I think maybe slab doors - BUT another idea would be this to make them look kind of Japanese? Like have mullions on top with rice paper underneath, or frosted white window sticker paper to make it water proof. It would look kind of like a shoji screen? Or just plain sleek, minimalist slab doors. 😜Can't go wrong there.
I'm looking forward to livestreams from you. The stand turned out great. I've been looking for one that is counter height & will hold a 20 gallon on the top surface and 2 10's or some plant nursery tubs, etc. on a lower shelf, but they seem hard to find or very $$$. Maybe I just need to get hubby to build me one. Can't wait to see your finished streaming room.
Ryo this is a great stand and I love how you hide the ends of the wood. Next time you need to try using a pocket hole jig so you can hide all of the screws. I started using one of these pocket hole jigs from the company "Kreg" and it has changed the way I will build all stands in the future. No more wood filler or covering screws up. Great videos been a long time subscriber keep it up 👍🏻
I think the carpenter made beautiful cabinet should have been placed in the livestream room, and this stand you just made should go in the fish room. The cabinet won’t be in a good spot in your fish room, it will be kinda hidden from the entrance, and it will look odd since all other are stands. On the other hand, the cabinet will look awesome in this room.
Hi Ryo, it really seems like the beginning of a great job, you are very precise. maybe you said it other times, do you design freehand on a sheet or do you use drawing software?
As one of Ryo's moderators, I would like to thank you for watching the videos. Sorry for not having the video in your language. However you have to understand that Ryo does these videos by himself, without a team of editors, writers, assistants etc). And as you can probably imagine, having to do these physically demanding projects, mostly by himself, can be challenging and can take up a great deal of his time. And obviously he has a life too, where he needs to take time for himself and his family, to rest and recuperate and to pursue things at his own leisure. If he had the budget, the resources, the time and the manpower, I'm sure he wouldn't hesitate to have his videos in other languages as well. However considering the circumstances at the moment, he is understandably unable to so. So please give him a break. He is doing his best. Kindly remember that sometimes we have to keep our own entitlements in check and our expectations grounded. Thank you and peace! ✌️

Most of your videos are so shaky they make me nauseous.
How are you Ryo?
Very beautiful, it looks much nicer than many of the stands that you can buy in an aquarium shop. I’d wish I had the skills to build a stand myself.
Honestly such a beautiful stand! I think it looks good As/Is. Modern style
Dude when my enthusiasm wanes, you are always my inspiration to get back to it! Thank you. I always enjoy your content.
I've watched many videos on building aquarium stands and your stand is the neatest and best looking I've seen. I'm inspired to build the same.
This is awesome. This stand along with the aquarium will make a good back drop for the future livestreams.

It's nice to see you keep improving on your DIY stands. This one looks fantastic, nice work.
Thank you so much! Yes, it’s my favorite stand I’ve built so far.

Your stand is looking good. I will be building a new stand of my own soon as well.
Keep up the good work Ryo.

Sweet! Wish I had the skills to make my own stands
Really like the design!
im liking the white border
Very nice stand build!
Looks like good well planed construction.
Thank you, I'm really happy with the outcome of this one :)
Will be doing my first DIY stand. Thanks for the tips!
Can you give the sizes of the cut 2x4's to build this? Please

great job!
Wow it looks amazing when I have a enough space I will definitely try to make one of those stands.
Impressive woodworking skills! I love the look of it just as is. Kind of like a wooden version of the ada garden stand.

When we are going to see some Rice fish ponds in your Garden? 🙏
How many 2x4’s did it take to build this stand? Fantastic job, looks very clean and simple.
Clean and easy, thanks Ryo.
Just finished watching. How about opaque glass doors? That would look cool. I have photo of glass but can’t share it with you.
Looks great!
will you do any tanks related to dwarf cichlids in future ? like kribensis , apisto ,rams
Do you have blueprints for this design?

What is that thing that helped you join the 2x4s together ?
Oh those 90 degree metal brackets. Not sure what exactly they are called
I think you did a great job keep it up. 👍😀 Greetings from Poland
Thank you :)
dying to know - how does these stands/tanks withstand earthquakes?
👍🏻👍🏻
Which wood is it?
Just regular pine 2x4
@@RyoWatanabee Thanks 👍
凄いです。
I wouldn't of put the bottom frame on the floor its easier to adjust the legs if its not level.
In this back of the aquarium that one is wallpaper
Your carpenter is not real carpenter, he has all his fingers with him ))))
That mini screw driver has to be about 7 inches right? Right, guys?
its 7cm, 2.75inches
Are you the guy who got beaten by ryan cooper
