Outside of home definitely gives the Spanish/ Mediterranean architecture with Spanish style roofing, stucco, and natural stone!! Love it!! Selling point to me is the open concept of combined great room, dining room, and kitchen. With added wet bar, is an entertainment dream for the lucky homeowner!! Great fixtures and amenities!! Ooo Marcus, one of my favorite architecture styles!!!! Love Spanish/Mediterranean style houses. I wished the entryway was a little more closed off and not so open to the great room. That openness gives off a commercial vibe and takes away from the homey feeling.I would've liked to see wood beams to contrast with the ceiling and bring in some of that rustic character that S/M style homes are known for. The staging is somewhat disappointing. That huge gap between the living and dining room is a feeling of wasted space. If the stager had used more appropriate sized rugs, especially in the dining area, it would've helped make the spaces feel more connected. I really love the kitchen and the abundance of storage because you honestly never have enough storage in the kitchen. The utility room is pretty good. I love the dog wash. The pantry is pretty disappointing but gets A for having a pocket door. The media is very nice, but the only thing I wished they would've done was carry that dark color throughout the entire room and even on the ceiling to create that dark moody movie time vibes. Theaters are dark and moody with low warm lighting. The primary bedroom was a good size, but the furniture didn't give it the grandiose feel it deserved. The primary bathroom was an impressive size. However, that shower was an eye. The odd placement of the shower head right by the exit of the shower and the tile shower is super busy and choppy. Now, the first bedroom is super spacious, but the stager failed with squeezing those nightstands and nearly blocking off the door of the bathroom. In that case, a small side and one nightstand would've worked better . Ohhh, that brick tile in the wet bar was hideous!!!! That part of the house looked super dated. If they had taken the tilte all the way to the ceiling, it would've looked much better and not looked incomplete. But overall, I really liked the house. I'll give it a 9.5/10 it was the poor staging that didn't give this house the justice it needed. Great showing Marcus. Sorry I haven't been able to watch lately work has been kicking my butt. So many sick patients need heart surgery!!!

Solid feedback on this one, I can see your point about the staging especially coming from your experience on decorating. No problem at all about the lack of time, tune in to the channel when you have time 🙏🏼
Another one, great job, great showing. Beautiful home, layout decor, flooring, staging.i like the finishes. Not a fan of the single story, but the enclosed patio/sun room adds to pleasantry. I like the size of the laundry room, dogie wash is a nice touch(don't have no dog & this would in no way entice me)... Media room works, only thing I would add is a mini fridge & Snack station or popcorn machine... I like the size of the primary, but there is something missing, it does not feel like a primary (I think it's the placement of the bed).. The primary bath, is spectacular, size, placement of the tub, the shower, I prefer his/her closet, but if you expand the space a bit, it works....This is a keeper for me contingent upon 2 things, the primary design of the primary bedroom would need to be tweaked (Larger windows, floor2ceileing windows) and at the price point a formal dinning room is a must (My concern is resale value, w/o a formal dinning room i limit my prospects) ...Again, great showing/job, thanks for posting!!! Keep up the great work!!!
