Just from the start of the video, I love how spacious the front yard is. I also love the privacy. Usually, you see homes that are WAYY too close together. Also, YOU WERE IN THE AIR FORCE?? That is so cool!!

Marcus I love this home. You have the best showings🎉 The builder got everything right EXCEPT while the owners suite can be completely closed off, I would need entry for the bathroom without having to walk 20 ft down the hall. Access could've easily been made.
Love the tall baseboards and hardwood floors!! Exposed ceiling beams a plus!! Nicely spaced kitchen to dining/living areas. Love that primary /second BRs are spacious and can hold a King size bed. Hugh master bath w chrome HW!! Yes!!! Very nice home!! Thanks for sharing. Take care!!

Now Marcus!!!!!!! I absolutely…….LOVVVVEEEEE THIS HOUSE!!!!! Love the spacious yard and babyyyy (in a New Orleans voice) the layout is a perfect pirouette!!!! Never been to England but I’m definitely a fan of their architecture especially Tudor style homes!!! This house exudes timeless beauty!!!! Love that tall window in the second bathroom. The primary wing is absolutely stunning. I’m disappointed with the pantry though, because looking back on European design I was expecting a full modern version of a scullery, but since it’s completely custom I’ll overlook it. No lie I really didn’t like the staging because this stellar house needs quiet luxury decor and furnishings (linens, leather, velvets, etc). LOVE THE DOG WASH. I grade this house a 🥁 30/10!!!! ABSOLUTELY ENJOYED THIS ONE!!!! REALLY BLEW MY SKIRT TAIL UP WITH THIS ONE!!!! Marcus you’ve set my expectations higher the houses in the future. This is my favorite hands down!!!!! P.S. I was going to judge it for no soft close cabinetry, but had to remember it’s totally custom!!!!

Thank you for Showcasing this Model home, its not on my top list of favorites, but there were a few elements of this Plan i did like, i loved the Primary Bathroom, very elegant and as well the Walk-In Closet very Spacious! 👍.... And you say Absolutely as much as you need to, nevermind that Comment- You are a Realtor, and it's your job to Explain in full details and fully engage your Audience especially thats its on a Virtual Platform and not in person. Keep up the Good Job!!

Another one!!! Great job, great showing!!! This is a keeper. I am not a fan of open concept, but I like the layout and it's spacious. I like the game room, the Hugh Windows in the living room. Many homes are including a dog washing station which is a plus. I have made many comments about the big ass tub sucking up space in the primary bath. That does not apply here, the oversized tub fits b/c it was considered in the original plan designs. My only critique/s I would prefer a formal dinning room b/c this is a single level. Based on your previous showings, I am always making a remark about the big ass tub in the wrong place. Does not apply here this the oversized tub fits perfectly b/c it was considered in the original architectural designs. Finally I realize it greatly impact the budget/cost, but is it a big deal if I wanted to explore adding a 2nd level??

Very nice house. One story is great. It’s cosmetic, but I don’t care for black hardware. I don’t care for black in decorating at all. I can deal with the windows being black on the outside and white inside. That has to be consistent. Last a screened in sitting area is necessary somewhere on the outside. Mosquitoes love me.

I would say the cabinets for one are not of a higher level in some of the areas. The pantry is just shelves. Higher end homes usually have built-ins along with shelves. The fact that the bathroom mirrors have no trim around them is shocking. The closets are meh. Meaning at 1+ million dollars I would expect to see better. Why are the rods made of wood instead of a sturdy aluminum? Or better yet some type of closet system.. Also the interior doors don’t seem to be solid core doors either. Am I being too critical?! It’s just never racking the prices builders are asking for nowadays!
