I was there April 97 to April 01.... 6supply regt 62 Sqn probably the best 4 years of my life made friends I'll never lose touch with.... it's so sad to see the place looking so dilapidated now😥
I know so sad. My dad worked here when I was young. We used to have go karts that we used to drive around the airfield. Then we left Germany to live back in England when I was 4!

A pity you couldn’t go inside. I was there 64-66. Left to go for aircrew training and togethers married. Happy days!
