As long as you turn wrenches, you will have a call back. - Nor-Cal Dave
We've all had them, Dave. And we'll have them again, it's just the way it is.
Damn Atosa would put a hot gas condensate loop in their ice machines .
I do hvac and rarely the r out in Connecticut. I just wanted to say I enjoy your videos and your personality…I watch to learn more on refrigeration.
That hummus getting hawk tuah from the ice drip
As annoying as call backs are, customers will remember. You were honest. You messed up and you owned it.
None of us is perfect on every call but we can build great relationships anyway.
Draining the swamp.
The reservoir needs a fine mesh screen or some other kind of cover to keep dirt and dust from settling in it.
Recall or no recall, you're the man, the super tech.
Such is the life of a technician.
I had an old neo ice machine that would flood every time it went into harvest. The 3/8" drain line could not drain fast enough. Repiped to 3/4", and as the jingle goes, "Away go troubles down the drain."
Honestly for open cases or boxes that get opened a ton I love temp control off of pressure.
me and tippins been drinking again... lol
Don’t worry Dave. I called myself master disaster in the garage.
It's a bird. It's a plane! No it's CAPTAIN RECALL
When Dave drops the F word you know he's mad !
Dave keep them coming. Great work 👍
Not a re-call just a flashback!
Sometimes I work for free the entire day 😎🤷🏻♂️🤭🤣
Super tech move dave
👍
Those Atosa's are rust factories. How long does it take you to melt down an evap like that with your torch? I normally throw a couple heat guns in there with a battery operated fan but it takes FOREVER! Good work buddy! 😃
Thought you would take the hawk tuah single instead
👍👍👍

Maybe if you got Tippens some better booze, he would not fall down so much. Just a thought 🤔
No Magic Wand?
Wonder what the condition of that flex hose drain or what it connects to?
That unit is a POS. The scale is out of hand. I guess that guy didn't know if you turned the unit off,the ice melts.
That call is why i dont like to T drain lines. Also, i have when handy men install 3/8 drain lines. Like bro, they send a whole book showing how to install it with pictures and numbers if you can not read.
98% of our residential ice maker calls are from improper drains; it's inexcusable at this point with how much documentation the mfgs provide. But then again that's why handymen and installers are handymen and installers I guess 🤔
🇺🇸❄️💪👍
What is the difference between the two temp controls in the first one? They both just cut out the compressor and the fans keep spinning to defrost right? Sorry I’m a little confused what the problem is. Also that ice machine was NASTY lol!
And that's _with_ filters, that's why I never get restaurant ice unless they're a client of mine 😄
@@RT-qd8yl filter probably hasn’t been changed in 3 years lol. Sometimes I just have to put it out of my mind. I like cold drinks.
a constant cut in tstat probe goes in the evap coil, which provides defrost by letting coil temp get to 41 degrees before cutting back in.
The pain is real! On Monday I managed to get my new iPhone ran over at the gas station, been working this week for free in the 96001. 110+ almost everyday, stay hydrated and safe brother!😂
@@NorCal-refrigeration oh wow ok I never knew that. Makes sense though. Thanks.
NorCql DAVE RECALLSKI
