- While working on Emperor of the Daleks, i had also started on this scene from BF Juggernauts and a couple more, but it got put on the back foot so i could complete Emperor.
In this scene i added and extra davros dalek for the simple reason you can clearly hear 2 different voices for the davros dalek, yet the Supremes dalek's suggest there is only one. So i added a second to for the second voice
Extraordinary absolutely extraordinary! I love how the damaged Necros daleks encountered Skaro Renegade daleks!
Perfection! I love the Necros Daleks as they are just completely unstable and dangerous and "Juggernauts" is definitely one of the few favourite stories I like from Big Finish. I'm glad it was made and I'm glad this right here was made too. Thanks for this.
Must have missed this one, love the beaten up looking imperial daleks!
What was happening to these Necros daleks, they look beat up!
Were they the last surviving ones?
Ooooh nice Extermination Visual FX! Nice animation too! Is this from the official audiobook? (I got 'into Big finish quite recently! Listened to Spare Parts & the genocide machine. Lovely stories both!)
Thanks, yeah it's from the Big finish juggernauts. It's a really good listen. I would also recommend Sword of Orion, time of the daleks, Blood of the Daleks. Big finish really do the 6th doctor justice.
@@AnubisX1 I've watched this clip again, your animations are improving, you should be really proud of yourself!! I like the sudden jitters and movements in the White Daleks, it gives them more of a glitchy feel like something's wrong with them. Really, really good job! Also, really good 3d modelling of the daleks too!
Oohh I really love the voice of the renegades here, and lovely animation, got to ask tho how come they dont have the pupil design, will admit Daleks look better with the 60s lens but just curious as I know its not to everyone's taste and love the NSD design element put on them.
I was never the biggest fan of the pupil, I actually found out recently that the pupil was actually a mistake on the prop but it stuck.
I much prefer the lens of the 60s dalek and most of the big finish dalek renders have that so i went for a version of that also I like the blue eye of a dalek
It’s actually a nice ‘compromise’ to have the ‘pupil’ as a pinprick of brighter light in the center of the lens. It’s a bit of a ‘best of both worlds’ answer to the ‘which works better?’ conundrum.

So why were the wight daleks having a mental breakdown
If you listen to the audio story the white daleks are heavily damaged daleks, Their ship with davros crashed and they are the surviving necros daleks

Yeah i know, my spell checker kept changing it, so gave up with it. Lol
The animation is great the lighting isn’t that good though. Looks like the Fulbright command from half life or portal..
Everything else is great. Just work on the lighting
To be honest, I thought the lighting was okay. In my experience, lighting is kind of difficult in animation. Though I use Source Filmmaker & Dalek Seth uses an old version of Maya so, I'm not sure how lighting works in Maya. Lighting in Source Filmmaker is a little weird though.
