- Hello this is Nate. Today we are gonna take a tour of the Paladin AKA Integrity 572 By Schult Redwood. This home has a massive kitchen with everything you could want. Lots of extras. This home measures 46' x 76' for an astounding 2692sf of living space. You have 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths. both main baths are large.

SOLD!!! The gas cooktop, that is the only one I've seen in all the videos I've watched, says to me - perfect tion! Add the REAL fireplace, and I don't think it could get any better! Actually, I'd take out all carpeting. The pantry is a nice size and full size upright freezer next to the fridge is good too.
Instead of saying "for the ol lady"...you should try "for the lovely wife"

This house is absolutely gorgeous!!! I do not care for the big barn doors on the office/flex room looks awkward there protruding out like that, other than opting out to one oven & moving the microwave to where the other was & changing out the cabinetry colors I would not change much in this house. This is truly beautiful!!!

It is a Microwave drawer. It slides open and you lift out the hot item. They are safer then the normal take up a lot of room microwave.
@@alishstar I never said, I do not know what type of microwave it is, I know it slides open. All I said is I would move it, I probably would opt out the oversize fridge & add another pantry cabinet unit & add the microwave over there. I want my microwave at eye level, I do not want to bend over every time I need to use my microwave. Besides my aunt have the microwave that slide open & her's is at eye level also...
The only thing that I really, really, didn't like was the bathroom door opening in, right ONTO the toilet in the Master Bathroom....EVERYTHING ELSE WAS FANTASTIC!!!
It would have been nice to have had a bit of an "Entryway" with a bench to set down, and switch out shoes, or to help children put shoes,or boots on, to go out. Maybe a coat rack for coats, and umbrellas...LOL...LOL

This is, by far, a very beautiful home, Lay out is well planned. I'd move microwave...plate too hot or heavy to handle (unexpectedly) will have dinner served on the floor.

I think the pillar is a support beam, but if a half wall was added to the left of the door it might help. It would delineate the entry way and the dining area. And those barn doors do look rather awkward.
Love this home! The kitchen is gorgeous and that pantry💛💛. The pocket doors are a plus.
I don't like the door so close to the toilet in the master bedroom. You could knock someone off the toilet!!
It's the entry way that bothers me. I don't like the windows around the front door. I need a wall not that support post.

You weren't kidding when you said stunning! This home will be absolutely perfect after just a few minor changes: relocate the microwave, remove the barn doors on the office, and get rid of the carpeting in the living room. The master suite is spectacular. 😍
I would not have that little sink in the island and I definitely would not put the microwave down so low because of the little children. I'm not really sure about the safety of the wooden spice shells so close to the stove. Love the little den or as he called it his editing room which is exactly what I would use it for for my photography. And I would take that first dining room and carpet it and just make it an extension of that large living room. I don't care for the door leading out of the master closet into the toilet area either. Other than these things, this house is great I could live in it. It would be an awesome house to decorate for Christmas and have a Christmas party and the same for the July 4th celebration

Beautiful home except for the big barn doors and the front entrance. As beautiful as the home is the front entrance looks cheap. That white door looks like something from a 1990s mobile home. The windows around the door also look cheap.
I'm not a fan of the blonde wood everywhere. I would prefer it painted. The cheap looking furniture doesn't do it justice. This is a beautiful house.

Nicely set up home but please tell them to either wrap and decorate that entryway post or figure out a different support system. The office barn doors would look better in a lighter color with a glass panel or all glass. The kitchen is nice but the microwave needs a better spot. Oh and get rid of all that brown carpeting! Ugh!
The master bedroom is great but I would hope that a walk-in tub would be an option since it looks like there is plenty of space for one.

You missed something. Those shoe racks in the closet hide gun racks behind them. This is definitely my favorite triple wide I've ever seen
that wc door that comes close to the toilet? nope. love the wooden doors throughout but not in the kitchen. move the micro to the top oven. maybe it's a freezer/frig combo? omg! that pantry! I still do NOT like open floor plans. that's a total redesign for me. it has no closet that would give access to a basement.

Still no front door closet. For me I would turn the office into a walk in coat shoe and boot closet. Love all the storage through out the house. For me it seemed like too many exterior doors.
Go back into that dressing room and look behind the shoe racks! There is a hidden gun cabinet between each one, for the gun owners on this channel. LOVE this home.

At the time of filming this home the dealer would not give a price on this home. That has been pointed out before. I the town I grew up in that was how the wife was referred to. I have since changed that and no longer say that.

Take away the carpet in the living room and put it down the wooden floor from the kitchen area. The stove top area needs a little more counter space. Odd to coat the closet in the hallway away from the front door. The main bathroom is nice with the double sinks.
Lol, I don't think this home has enough windows! I think this may be my new fave. Of course, I would change a few things like the placement of the microwave. Turning that 1/2 bath into a full bath because that laundry room would still be plenty big. Adding a coat closet to the foyer. Walk-in closets for guest bedrooms and call it perfect.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS HOUSE! I would love to see a house built for those that are disabled in a wheelchair. Love the bathroom in the master but would like to have the shower more accessible for a disabled person. I love the natural colors of the wood. Great home! 🙂👍 I have to say this by far is my favorite floor plan!

Judy got done viewing the video of the second one like this you just shot the kitchen is only thing a bit different in that one it doesn't have the arched stone work and shelves over the stove. You found that those shoe racks in the master closet open up to gun cabinets each side I couldn't tell in this video if the hinges were present but looking at the depth of wall behind the shoe shelves I think they too open up.
I think a microwave at knee level is rediculous.
I love the floor plan. Just wish there was a coat closet. The other thing I would change is having the water closet after the tubs and showers. I would rather have the water closet at the front of the bathroom.
There is a coat closet off the hallway near the first two bedrooms. He actually opened it twice. And yeah I thought it was kinda odd to have to go through the closet to get to the master bathroom. I guess with another full bath plus a half bath you never have to worry about guests needing to use that bathroom.

We are living in the 21st Century which means WOMEN are NOT bound to the KITCHEN and LAUNDRY ROOM any longer and we, alone do NOT have the corner on having an overabundance of shoes. Plus, we have been known to shoot guns, we even fight for our country.
This is not meant to be as sarcastic as it sounds just trying to bring you out of the 1950's and move you forward 72 years.
As for the actual mobile home, lovely home just a few things to change. I would put hardwood throughout the house. I love the way they set up the barn doors for the office.

I’m gonna echo what a lot of others have said. Awesome home but could use a few changes. All the natural wood cabinets are just a bit too much. Needs some paint. If you go to the site linked in the description there is a picture of what looks like that same model with a little different trim sitting up on top of a lower level with a garage. Think that would be amazing on the right property with some really cool deck spaces.
I do have another version of this home on my channel that has a little different trip package.

Beautiful home but I would take out their gas stove and drawers and put my 3,000.00 dollar gas stove instead and no carpet anywhere due to my three little fur babies 😊😊

This home is absolutely beautiful. That kitchen is amazing! I didn't expect the pantry to be there, wonderful! I absolutely love the Chef Refrigerator 😍!! I would change a few things though. 1. Replace those barn doors with french doors or the sliding doors that go in the wall. 2. Remove all the carpet. 3. See if I could get the vents in the ceiling. 4. That one wood beam should have been thicker. 5. I would also add a little pet bath in the utility room. Thank you for showing this home!!
Very nice home - I have to agree with another comment. I do believe you should drop the “O Lady” and find a better word such as “Your Lady”. If I was a perspective buyer I would feel very awful being called an “O Lady”. Think about it. Have a little respect.

Hi everyone - Nate - I've been watching these videos for some time and this home is the closest thing to exactly what I want. I don't like the barn doors on the office - I would just put in a nice glass door or do away with the room and just make a more formal entryway - maybe add the 1/2 bath there instead of in the laundry room. - and like other comments, I would do away with the carpet in the Living room - I like the prep sink in the Island and the "cove" for the cooktop - the only thing I would change in the kitchen is to add a pot filler to the stove area! I would also want the back of the secret doors to the bathroom finished off - that closet is amazing - I would use every inch of it!

That dining room is where my pool table would go if I could purchase this home in the south and my spouse agrees.
I don't like the microwave being so low! I would also get rid of the veggie sink. I would also have the cabinets next to the cooktop turned to face out with doors, and I would have to put tile/back or side splash up and down the cabinets next to the cooktop.
I'm not a fan of sliding glass doors, so those would have to be replaced with french doors.
Love the pocket doors.
I don't need a fireplace in the South so that would go.
I don't understand why the master doesn't have pocket doors. I don't like that the door opens onto the toilet.
I love this home but I’m not crazy about the poll coming in the front door. The kitchen is wonderful could do without the sink in the island. Love the gas stove and fireplace. Beautiful home I could definitely live here. Not sure I’d do barn doors there though.
This is the perfect home. My only gripe with it is the placement of the fan in the living room. It's right there where you would put your tv. I don't know about everyone else, but I don't like staring at a fan while I'm trying to watch tv. I'd have that fan moved back more towards the back of the couch

Really feels like a custom (stickbuilt) home.. don't like the trend of putting a towel cabinet in with the water closet.. don't want my fresh, clean towels in the stink room, even if the doors are closed.. 😖
I love the home, but I would take out that top oven and put microwave there. Put a refrigerator w/ freezer side by side w/ice and water in door. Also change the barn doors to office to French doors and a stand alone tub in master.❤

this is what I'm looking for just missing a family room for the kids but it's perfect maybe reduce some sizes of the room masters nearly perfect.
Great video. Huge house and laid out perfect. But you missed my favorite part, if you pulled on the shoe racks you would have found a hidden gun rack. One on each side, his and hers.

Don't know I think my dogs would rather have the TV lower than it being so high.other than that it looks nice I would get it if I had the money.i am working on my credit so I can move put of city and closer to where I need in the country.

As this was one of my first video's I have learned a lot. I have gotten the music down a lot and am looking for a new program to use that will give me even more control of the music. The one I use now if I go any lower with the music, it mutes it. The music is there to help cover footsteps and other noises, such as breathing that the mike pics up.
