It just occurred to me that the message from Dr B said “My !2 Safety Not Assure” and that it might mean “my 2 (daughters), your safety is not assured”. They're probably planning to attack Omaha next because they knew it was only a matter of time before they figured out what happened at the college. Although I can't imagine Omaha would be as easy to take down as the Campus. The Civic Republic has 200,000 people, but how many of them serve in the military and how many are civilians? The logistics of it would be pretty tough, even for them. You gotta move soldiers hundreds of miles, they need gear, they need weapons, they need ammo, they need food, they need water, they need medics. You gotta deal with Omaha's own soldiers, law enforcement, and just plain ol' armed citizens. And they have homefield advantage and they're fighting for their lives instead of just some vague concept of order like the CRM is. AND it's gonna be impossible to launch a surprise attack of that magnitude. AND it's gonna already be heavily fortified against walkers and hostiles, and depending on how much time they have, they can add more. I'm not saying the CRM couldn't win that war, but I think the writers aren't appreciating just HOW costly that victory would be, which they'd have to put in damn near every resource they had into achieving. A lot of empires have fallen because they spread themselves too thin like that. And to WHAT END? Just because they're THAT secretive?
There's a scene in the next episode in the leaders apartment... A Soldier who was involved in the mass killing on the campus went to her and told her she was wrong for killing them all... She turned on all the appliances and the radio at full volume... She explained to him how they would put a strain on the colony's resources and they'd loose those luxuries due to over crowding... She has already recruited the ones who were "worthy" of saving... The kids dad was an example.. He was taken but not his kids?? That tells you the rest of the campus's people were just dead weight and would only put a strain on the luxuries the colony has...
For the first plot hole I don't think they care much about colonies. There is probably more that we don't even know about. And it is possible that they destroyed it so that they can show it to Leo and threaten him or something. So they destroy the community and show the photos to their leader to keep him in. And for the second, they probably don't allow communication between the communities. Maybe on special occasions but not everyone had a radio. And why I think that Huck and Felix didn't call is because their radios are short range. And maybe they said they are going on some clean up duty and didn't take long range. Cause why would they give them long range ones if they said they are going on short patrol or clean up duty? That's my explanation for it, I love your work. Keep it up!
When she said”we are the light of the world” she wasn’t talking about every community they can find...she was specifically talking about their 200k & only them. So I don’t think that is a plot hole as it was the same thinking Rick had before he started trusting outside groups again.
On the communication issue, I don’t think Felix is but Huck might be. Remember the 2nd post credit scene. She seemed to know “they were coming” I’m assuming she’s means Irish & Hope. If that is who she meant how does she know? Where did Huck mysteriously go during that time. It would have been easy for her to communicate with the CRM. What if she’s a mole and guiding them to the CRM on purpose and informing them their every step??
Elizabeth already knew the girls where coming. In episode 1 she gave them a map and told them where their father was. She knew they would go after Leo. Towards the end of 1x01 as the CRM is destroying the colony a soldiar told Elizabeth they searched the university and the surrounding area. But they couldn't find her. Whose the her they where referring to? Maybe one of the girls or Huck. They may be whom Huck was running from when the Omaha Colony found her near dead. But since they couldn't find her and Elizabeth whould've known the girls weren't there as well. She knew the girls left for new York. As that's where she told them their father was. Rather Huck worked for them before. I don't know. But I don't think she's working for them now and how would she know she would need to contact Elizabeth? She's been with Felix and the kids this whole time. Last time she check they still had an alliance with the CRM. But now it's broken. Huck has been with the group all this time and haven't had time to make any contact to find out what happened. Plus for a while Huck was all for turning the girls around. But she sees now that is the wrong tragedy. She now goes along with them to keep them safe. Until they've seen enough to understand what being outside is like and become stronger. Huck left the kids at end of episode 5 in Felix's hands she knew he could protect the kids until she got back. She left to scout ahead because she's been here before and experience first hand what people are capable of. She may want to make sure no one ahead to ambush them and probably to spend some time alone and clear her head. As being on this side of the river brings back some tremutizing memories of whatever happened to her in the past. The opening scene for next episode. Huck has a terrifying confusing to us nightmare. On the way back to group. Huck hides from a CRM truck and only came out of hiding when she seen it was Felix. If she was with the CRM why would she Hide?
The CRM people are all over the country. Elizabeth is not the main boss. Huck could've been attack or held hostage by a group of CRM soldiers maybe even the main boss themselves who ever it is and that was why she was near death when the Omaha security team found her. She may have escaped and found herself on a raft. That was a while back. She also looked a little nervous when eyeing the CRM soldiers before checking Elizabeth hand and introducing herself as Huck. Saying its a long story. But not everyone in the CRM would know Huck by one glance or at all if they never seen her before. She may have had a bad run in with one CRM group and lost people friends and almost lost her life. If Elizabeth is not her mom. She may have recognized Huck and reported her and was ordered to rip out the omaha colony. Maybe the reason Huck goes by Huck instead of her real name is to stay hidden as the CRM may know her by her name even the ones who has never seen her before. But they may have a picture and she was recognized when she welcomed Elizabeth CRM when they first arrived. So they destroyed the community and looked for her. But found her gone. The CRM was already planning to rip out the colony and giving the girls a map of New York a way out to find their father was Elizabeth way of getting the girls out before they attack. Maybe Elizabeth is actually Hope birth mother. She knew the girls would leave for New York. She may have been trying to one secretly protect them as one of them is her own and two the CRM needs one or both girls for their intelligence.
Also Iris questioned the CRM in front of the whole campus colony by saying she doesn’t trust them. Kublic said you will. I think she under minded them and the whole 10k heard, it could start an uprising or more questions to be asked
There's ALWAYS someone SOMEWHERE in the rubble & chaos following a major catastrophe, hiding somewhere or overlooked or who just wasn't there (someone we haven't met yet who was out on a supply run, maybe?) when the crap hit the fan & comes home to stumble upon the aftermath.
I’m thinking Huck is the inside CRM person in our group and why she keeps pushing them along and why she left to go ahead for recon. Also they did have some type of radios for communication when they left campus colony because we saw them when they were holding over in the old highschool cause Iris and Silas could not radio Felix cause the batteries were dead when they were trapped in the gym by the empty at the door. Also when Huck and Felix initially left Campus Colony they signed out and it was known they were leaving to track down the 4 kids and bring them back. They left through the front gates.
They have radios if you watch the school episode. I'm not sure if they worked but Felix and sylis both had them. Sylis's radio wasn't working due to battery corrosion but unsure if Felix's worked. Maybe they aren't strong enough to reach back to their community, with them being so far away at this point.
But I think those were only to work with each other. Either Felix or Huck mentioned that the batteries were corroded. The radios that the campus security was using seemed to have better batteries in them.
I don't think the destruction of Campus is a plothole, I think it is a wasted storyline. My theory was Campus was destroyed because it was training the leaders of tomorrow - That was the point of Iris' presidential speech, showing her as a leader of tomorrow. Critically a leader of tomorrow who openly voices distrust of CRM. While it was probably going to happen anyway, Iris' speech was the final nail in the coffin for Campus and Omaha. - I also think being an education centre means they are teaching things like history. CRM wants to be the saviours of the world, it wants to be the victor that writes history. That means it has to destroy anyone not following it's narrative. CRM doesn't need Scientists or Leaders, it already has them, and they are on the team singing the CRM mantra CRM has a cast system leadership/workers - You see this with Barca being sent to a re-education camp and being told he can't come back to the military but can be used as a worker Omaha is either subjugated or gone. So no one to talk to - The map Elizabeth had on her desk and cried over was a map of Omaha with what looked like routes of approach/attack As for the group not hearing anything on radio, they do explain this. When they go to the school they are unable to communicate with each other the batteries in the radios have had water damage and are all corrorded. As for Portland, even if it was told, what could it do? It's on the West coast, it's far away to provide rapid response - We also have a question mark over what state Portland is in. In FTWD Portland was napalmed the same as Los Angeles (confirmed by the Ranger station on the island), is Portland actually the city or a smaller community that is just value due to it's location on the West coast, maybe Portland isn't a large community but strategically maybe it just provides food through fishing. CRM is building it's vision of a new world order, so if you know any different? then you've gotta go They make nice with large colonies so they can learn their layout, their defences, their capabilities, if they have anything useful Elizabeth I don't believe is fully drinking the CRM Kool-aid, but she understands she has to spread the message so that she can survive herself. - I think that's what the crying alone with everything turned loud was about, so she couldn't be heard crying - I think that's why she gave the girls the map to get them out of there because Elizabeth has gotten on well with their dad maybe promised him she would keep them safe. Huck, I think is a CRM spy, and I think she maybe Elizabeth's daughter - That was why in the closing seen of Episode 1 Barca confirmed 'She' wasn't among the dead. Being they only referenced 1 She, that suggests it's not the Girls Elizabeth wanted to know about. Huck is the only other She we know about, and that we know for definite escaped. - Huck was all for the plan to go find the kids - She's also been vocal about not going back, is that because she knows there's nothing to go back to. I think we'll find out next episode as the suggestion is they are going to a CRM compound/resupply station, I think she'll show her hand there. Felix - Felix is not CRM, he made the Jacket himself. The kids confirm Felix made their Jackets for them when I think it was Huck commented their jackets looked cool. - Felix is a plot hole, he's talked about turning back but very weakly, you would think he'd be there going "We need to get a message back, or they will be worried, they'll send search parties needlessly"
I think it was their plan all along to Wipe the communities - Portland is for sure gone (we saw that scientist from portland...dead),Elizabeth had map of Omaha on her table where she was drawing strategy or something in it,so I would imagine Omaha is the last one that needs to go...don't forget they killed all ambassadors from communities in episode 1 also. They for sure have a plan how to keep those communities on the leash without drawing the attention. Elizabeth is Liutenant-Colonel and she is big boss to all those soldiers with lower rank then her's - but keep in mind Elizabeth also has bosses like (Colonels,Generals etc.). I still think in my head she followed her orders because she had to. I would imagine she was some former Government soldier that reformed after the fall and now she is serving her "Cause". Hopefully we see more of her and find out what is going on with CRM.
Maybe there was one or two survivors who then went to Omaha or Portland or are on the road and when the group gets to them they will find out about the campus colony
Well the CRM is very militarily tactical. Step one of their siege of campus colony was probably to knock out communication. It would be too easy for them to sabotage radio towers and equipment prior to the attack. And as for Felix and Huck not attempting to communicate with the campus is probably because they are assuming they are out of range. I’m fairly positive that Omaha already knows the campus was destroyed, just not sure how it got destroyed. And the CRM probably destroyed the campus and said they were GOING to be a threat because they are anticipating something happening to the girls’ dad and think that when the campus colony finds out and blames it on CRM that they will turn Omaha and Portland against them.
TWD...My guess is The CRM brought in The Zombies/Walkers That attacked Campus Colony in those Cargo Containers. Like In Resident Evil Apocalypse in Las Vegas...
no the crm brought soldiers in the cotainer not walkers, you can see that one of the walker has a blue painted face from before that huck and felix marked
I think it makes sense that there is to be no communication from one community to another. If Silas was able to talk to his grandparents, why does he need to listen to their voices talking to him when he was 5/6 years old all the time? Why did Iris and Hope's dad have to send secret messages instead of just calling to tell them how he was doing? ETA: I meant to say that I think the theory that the communities are not allowed to speak to each other makes sense, not that I thought they shouldn't be allowed to communicate.
Yeah. That's what I was thinking almost immediately after the slaughter of campus community. What happened to the security that was in charge? Remember, our group had to sneak out when they left. Then, also remember before they left that the group was amazed about the EASY BAKED OVEN and how it was found? Somebody is supposed to be always watching. Didn't Huck and Felix talk about having to sign out?
yes, but hes a kid.. and all the kids 'sneak out of wherever they live' ... look at carl and enid.. ben and lydia.. even if they are not specifically sneaking out - they can be sneaking around feeding the walkers.. lizzy and mika.. in the dead universe - kids are all over the show sneaking all over the place.. even fear the walking dead the kids are off getting on the pish behind their parents back...
@@lookattheflowers7854 truly, but if in this world they were supposed to be gathered within the CRM region. Wouldn't it stand to reason that the committees be well secured with surveillance capabilities? Because if a child can sneak around then why wouldn't a Walker or EMPTY be at those very same openings???
They will get to the fact that everyone has lost communication with the college, I was wondering why felix hadn't radioed in, but if hes a spy he wouldnt
i want to know how many other places have been wiped out.. they seem to be swallowing everyone close.. who are the nomadic group? did they get pushed out by crm?
I've also been thinking about the stupid reasoning behind the massacre. It's just a convenient way to show how cruel the CRM is, and to keep the group from going back. I predict Huck will come back with the news of the massacre.
NoBro day. Great vid✌😁 I think the CRM is at capacity in terms of people in the community. You know running officiate, perfect set up and more people could screw that up, from their point of veiw. And Mabey their only interested in recruiting more soldiers and more test subjects. Just my Theory
the plotline is running so slowly for a limited show, halfway through season 1 and so far it still feels like the characters haven't done anything yet except build a boat . The pace and the storytelling really needs to up the tempo imo
yeah but these 5 episodes at least 4 of them have introduced the backstory of each character. There will probably be 2 more episodes like that and then it will start building up
In a genre that can often lend itself to the ridiculous this show takes it to the next level, it is a World Beyond ridiculous. The best thing about it is the fact it only survived two seasons which is two too many.
No Im pretty sure the CRM took down Omaha and Portland already. Elizabeth in her apartment scene was in Omaha, and she pointed out the window talking about the 200,00 souls they *had* (and btw CC only had 9,000+). Dr. Abbot was from Portland so they probably took them down too Btw Omaha/CC and Portland aren't apart of the CR. They all make The Alliance Of Three but the CR is its own entity
They have not revealed as of yet where the CR is located. As far as we know Omaha and Portland are still alive, but you never know they could have been wiped out already. CR is made up of Omaha, Portland and the Civic Republic. In episode 1 during the Monument day it's on their banners. The Alliance of the 3 is Omaha, Portland and the CR (Wherever their home base is). It’s been mentioned many times and AMC confirmed the those are the 3 communities that make up the CR.
You assume it's a plot hole without even finding out what the reason was or why they did it. Can't say it's a plot hole before you've seen it all. Right now it's a plot hole? No, right now you don't have an answer
I was wondering if the choppers were basically using barrel bombs with biological or chemical agents. If they are going back to the area then its not the case. What a terrible plot hole!
is the conciencence objecter talking to kublick the boyfriend of felix? is that a possibility? is that why hes the one objecting - because hes the outsider.. no one from inside complains -
I'm hoping for a flashback to when Elizabeth got the call to wipe out the campus and how they went about doing it. I don't know if it will ever happen, but I'd like to see it.
Maby the dr discovered something and secretly doses his daughters or the hole campus colony and it’s all in the notebook and they want them to walk their in case they get bit it won’t be a normal turn , like a real world test instead of lab control and that’s why the lady dr is worried cuz she cares about dr And his daughters
How do we know they killed the whole colony. They could be just outside a fence killing walkers so they can have private conversation without colonians hearing. I must have missed something you guys see.
It was pretty clear they killed everyone. The conversation Elizabeth had with Barca. He changed his mind because of what they did and she was even crying about what she did. They were going to become a threat. You could see the piles of bodies in the shot and they were loading them up in their trucks to be disposed of.

- The map Elizabeth had on her desk and cried over was a map of Omaha with what looked like routes of approach/attack
As for the group not hearing anything on radio, they do explain this. When they go to the school they are unable to communicate with each other the batteries in the radios have had water damage and are all corrorded.
As for Portland, even if it was told, what could it do? It's on the West coast, it's far away to provide rapid response
- We also have a question mark over what state Portland is in. In FTWD Portland was napalmed the same as Los Angeles (confirmed by the Ranger station on the island), is Portland actually the city or a smaller community that is just value due to it's location on the West coast, maybe Portland isn't a large community but strategically maybe it just provides food through fishing.
CRM is building it's vision of a new world order, so if you know any different? then you've gotta go
They make nice with large colonies so they can learn their layout, their defences, their capabilities, if they have anything useful
Elizabeth I don't believe is fully drinking the CRM Kool-aid, but she understands she has to spread the message so that she can survive herself.
- I think that's what the crying alone with everything turned loud was about, so she couldn't be heard crying
- I think that's why she gave the girls the map to get them out of there because Elizabeth has gotten on well with their dad maybe promised him she would keep them safe.
Huck, I think is a CRM spy, and I think she maybe Elizabeth's daughter
- That was why in the closing seen of Episode 1 Barca confirmed 'She' wasn't among the dead. Being they only referenced 1 She, that suggests it's not the Girls Elizabeth wanted to know about. Huck is the only other She we know about, and that we know for definite escaped.
- Huck was all for the plan to go find the kids
- She's also been vocal about not going back, is that because she knows there's nothing to go back to. I think we'll find out next episode as the suggestion is they are going to a CRM compound/resupply station, I think she'll show her hand there.
Felix
- Felix is not CRM, he made the Jacket himself.
I agree with you on his
no the crm brought soldiers in the cotainer not walkers, you can see that one of the walker has a blue painted face from before that huck and felix marked
I think they're both spies...Felix and Huck
i want to know how many other places have been wiped out.. they seem to be swallowing everyone close.. who are the nomadic group? did they get pushed out by crm?
The state map she gave the girls, its like a safe pass so they can find their dad and she can get him back
Huck just leaves ... & it’s ok???
I've also been thinking about the stupid reasoning behind the massacre. It's just a convenient way to show how cruel the CRM is, and to keep the group from going back. I predict Huck will come back with the news of the massacre.
Also want to say love y'alls channel and videos
where was campus colony located again??
Outside of Omaha a few hundred miles
Lincoln, 40miles South West of Omaha
NoBro day. Great vid✌😁 I think the CRM is at capacity in terms of people in the community. You know running officiate, perfect set up and more people could screw that up, from their point of veiw. And Mabey their only interested in recruiting more soldiers and more test subjects. Just my Theory
yes. i think they are at the max sustainability.
Thats another angle; population sustainability. They could just be the size of a small, well populated rural city for all we know
Also I think the doc ran, and Elizabeth's using the girls to find him. There is a mole in the group, it could felix or huck
the plotline is running so slowly for a limited show, halfway through season 1 and so far it still feels like the characters haven't done anything yet except build a boat . The pace and the storytelling really needs to up the tempo imo
yeah but these 5 episodes at least 4 of them have introduced the backstory of each character. There will probably be 2 more episodes like that and then it will start building up
What about people who left the campus to visit relatives and they come back to that massacre
Dr. Abbot was from Portland so they probably took them down too
Btw Omaha/CC and Portland aren't apart of the CR.
Hey, what if they introduced Major General Baele the same the way they introduced Negan, and the same cliffhanger? That would be terrible.😂😂
jadis was a spy
I was wondering if the choppers were basically using barrel bombs with biological or chemical agents. If they are going back to the area then its not the case. What a terrible plot hole!
They did have raidos battery's corroded in them lost them on episode with wolf can not remember EPs and name it
I really hope the finale pays off.
If they caused the apocalypse they don't want outside groups serviving
is the conciencence objecter talking to kublick the boyfriend of felix? is that a possibility? is that why hes the one objecting - because hes the outsider.. no one from inside complains -
Imagine if it was RICK!!!
The only thing I think why that they not the right kind of people?
Did anyone else sneak out?
One show to bring them all together.
spoiler huck is with the CRM.
I don’t get to see the scene where they wipe out that community this whole thing was a waste
I'm hoping for a flashback to when Elizabeth got the call to wipe out the campus and how they went about doing it. I don't know if it will ever happen, but I'd like to see it.
It's kinda dumb. We might get a better explanation but for now its weak reasoning.
"Empties" is the dumbest name for zombies
just sayin
Maby the dr discovered something and secretly doses his daughters or the hole campus colony and it’s all in the notebook and they want them to walk their in case they get bit it won’t be a normal turn , like a real world test instead of lab control and that’s why the lady dr is worried cuz she cares about dr And his daughters
It seems premature to discuss plot holes before the season is over
It's premature to release a show if its plot is 90% drama and so little story that it could have been a single episode.
Lol! You guys are worried about nebraska!
@@NocBroNationSo it actually all innuendo, which I still don't see. They did a sucky job in that scene.
The show is just so boring until they get to CRM clues
🌟 1:14 ... trying to help the *CR* *Civic Republic* ... not the *CRM*
Stay Safe 😷 & 💗 Much Love ~😈🔺🦋
Um, no. Not the CR, the CRM. The Civic Republic Military.
@@YouTubularGooghoul the CRM is the Military for the Civic Republic , the people and soldiers live in the CR
Was world beyond made by Disney because so far it's awful?
major general = rick grimes
Click bait lol
Ooooooof
This Show and characters are so boring.
Sounds like the CRM does as much damage as the Trump administration did.
Remember that when your job or business is gone, you are working for the socialist state and collecting universal welfare in their new globalist regime....
Nah, they did as much damage as Zionists do to Palestine on a daily basis.
Глупав сериал,който не се нуждае от обсъждане. Това е .
