Can’t believe the great condition that this “farm truck” was originally in. You did an awesome job detailing and definitely stepped up the bar on how these First Gens should be cared for. 👍🏻
I dont mean to be offtopic but does anyone know of a method to log back into an instagram account..? I was stupid forgot the account password. I would appreciate any assistance you can give me!
“Absolutely filthy” lol. I wish my 2nd gen was that clean. It’s spent it’s entire life as a farm truck. I bought it a few months ago and it’s getting its first ever professional detail tomorrow. I can’t wait to see what happens 👍🏼
my 2nd gen was the same way, farm truck since new. Took me 3 days just detailing the interior, the tan leather was darn near black with grit but i got it like new again.
My grandfather bought one of these new & currently my uncle owns it with less than 200k miles. People beg him to sell it to them but he wont, I hope I inherit it one day!
This is the truck I'd love to have. Stick shift, extended cab, Cummins first gen. And it's absolutely gorgeous... That's probably the best cared-for "farm truck" that I've ever seen.
Always wanted one like that. Pap used to have one now it's rotting in the barn where he parked it 16 years ago. I'm planning on restoring it in the future.
Just Diesels I’m new to your videos and saw this one because I have a similar truck to the one in the video. Two questions, do you have a place or site that shows where to get the products you recommend and is you grind on fb, I have a question about his truck? Thanks
You got that right, this thing takes forever to clean up...LOL. End result is worth it though. Now that you are a pro on his, you can do mine now! :) Great job Andrew. I appreciate the detail you go into on your vehicles. I have a lot of respect for that. I just wish I had a garage...mine needs a good full detail/polish to get the paint looking like this again. Good from far, but far from good. Cheers! Tyler
Damn, hard to find a first gen that clean with 150k+ miles on it. Long day of detailing but worth it when washing/quick detailing taking so much less time the next few years!
@@NordicNevs cody dont show your jealousy online. Go back to eating your crayons. Ps, sorry i have other vehicles to daily instead of it. And it does run and drove it to work tonight😛
Dis you just order one of everything from the Adams website? Thats the cleanest dirty truck ever. Awesome job. Have a look at the dallas paint correction T9. Its legit
Thank you so much! It’s just a few random royalty free songs! The kinda Country style song is called Sunset Road by Marc Torch. Finding music for these videos is always tricky though
The towels no, but I typically toss the applicators for the 2-7 year coatings. This spray coating isn’t as intense, so if you clean the applicator right after you can re-use it.
It's cause people are buying all the cheap ones for farm trucks. Or buying them for Cummins swaps. Which is sad cause they are becoming very rare to find

It’s never going to get rid of scratches, but it does get rid of built up water spots or marks on the glass. This truck had pretty bad water etching on the glass from sprinkler or water exposure.
This truck represents a time when Dodge Ram W250 Diesel bested Ford. They came close with 4th & 5th gen Ram but Ford pulled ahead… again. But this generation was clearly the BEST truck of its time and better than 2nd gen by far.
My dad bought a new 82 Dodge Ramcharger after fighting cancer for vacations and so he could drive to his fishing spots. I want to find it or another and Cummins swap it.
This channel seems very professional for only having 14k subs
Appreciate it! I do my best to make decent videos haha.
I can't agree more
Seriously
20k subs in just 7 months. That's awesome!
Yep, and it's really cool to know that I've been here since before 5k

1st gen dodge definitely had the best looking cab lights in my opinion
better then my squarebody chev's thats for darn sure.
100% correct. And prices are through the roof on those.
I can't wait to start restoration on my 2nd gen but that 1st gen will always be my favorite.
Don’t let whistlindiesel get ahold of this one 😂
You read my mind haha

I would like to watch that video

My father ordered one brand new 1990 5 speed 4x4 n July of 1989. It showed up in November of 1989 . Still going strong with 810k on it
Gosh dang I wish I could find a truck like this, here in Wisconsin they are all rusted to crap
Yep... that’s sadly true. Between the salt and cows, farm trucks have a pretty hard life

Black is way worse to keep clean I'd take red any day
@@alexbaker9967 No, not to keep clean, to keep on the vehicle😂 red can fade easier
My dream Dodge, a stock 1st gen Club Cab. That is a beautiful truck no doubt, unfortunately all of them in my area are rusted beyond repair
Go to Arizona, I bought my 92 first gen from the Arizona california border, not a spec of rust, it even has factory paint on the frame.
@@gabesgarden57 around what would you pay for something like that? Mileage depending of course.

Looks awesome. My dream truck. But being in Canada, finding one in this condition is like finding a needle in a haystack.
Nice truck. Is it possible to hand polish with the need of a polishing tool?
wow, incredible work and an incredible truck !!

Where do you find trucks this clean?

Only thing i would do is change the wheels a 15 in bullet hole style wheel would look perfect on it with some 35's

The only problem is, your buddy won't be able to re-up his registration soon in California due it's crazy "no emissions" rules !
That does not include older vehicles. They are only required to still have everything intact from when new.
This truck is way prettier than my 1st gens. I want to paint them...but I'm worried if I make them look good they're more likely to be stolen. haha
Holy crap! Now it needs to be white and a dully😂 So cool. Will this be a new series? Fixing up old trucks?
Duallies are nice

Hello.I have a dude, how mouch do you think I can fine the truck like this one.
WHERE ARE U FINDING THE STAINLESS BED RAIL CAPS FOR THE 92/93?
Do you have to throw away the towels and applicators after the ceramic coating?

Sooooooo pretty 😍
Lol that ain’t no farm truck. Probably the cleanest 1st gen out there.
What did you use on the chrome?
Just bought my second first gen truck and I was shocked at how much the market has gone up on these trucks. That truck would bring 25-30k easy
