Just Diesels, I hate to think that we all will be driving electric cars in 15 years or so... kills me every time I think about it. I will not drive an electric car to save my life.

Everyone has tried to buy it, but he will tell you quickly it is going to his Grandson when he grows up! Funny thing is he is now I think 24 years old! That truck is a 5 speed and in original condition. He pulls a 24 Featherlite cattle trailer loaded full like it's nothing when moving cattle between farms or going to one of the sales with calves. He also has a gooseneck flat bed trailer and hauls up to 18 4x5 round bales like there is nothing behind it! He just keeps it serviced, keeps it clean, and works the crap out of it!
i am the original owner of a 93 2 wheel drive single cab 12v cummins 5 speed D250. 339,000 miles. Stock save K&N air filter and LED headlights. Best thing I ever bought.
I always loved how slapped-on the rear wheel flares look on these first gen Cummins Rams... there's just such an honesty and simplicity to these trucks that was lost even with the following generation of the Ram.
My grandpa had a 1993 D350 extended cab and put over 800,000 miles on it. He also logged every single mile on it like the owner of this truck. Wish he never sold it.
I did exactly the same thing to a 96 ford duallie. 7.3 5 speed manual . painted wheels black , put a 4000 dollar paint job on it . truck was from arizona . made it so perfect . sold it when it was completed . drove it to car shows for a summer .

Appreciate it! Expect some good sound clips once I get the mic situation sorted on this truck! I’m going to make a head to head exhaust video with the 7.3 too. 🙌
Mine is D250 but same year engine and transmission(maroon). Just had it rebuilt trans 145k original miles. It has a grill guard but like a farm grill. I've only seen 1 other 1st gen in that kind of shape, but a 2500 model 4x4, red white two tone with red interior. Best part was the high school kid got it from his grandpa who bought it new, knows how special it is, zero mods all stock and staying that way. you've got one hell of a nice collection man, I just picked up my own cummins 2nd gen 1 owner rust free rig but I paid full price. :-(

Even though it’s a dually, and only 2wd that’s still a nice truck
Edit: there’s 5 people who saw this video that don’t have a good taste in trucks
Deez Nuts I highly disagree. I use a 4wd dually nearly every day for work on a farm. Its not pointless, trust me
Deez Nuts 4wd can go many places that a 2wd vehicle cannot. Mud, plant residue, and brush all hinders traction. Also backing wagons/trailers uphill, 4wd helps a lot. Not to mention pulling stuck tractors and other trucks
I personally like my 1/2 tons and 3/4 tons, but duallys are really good for towing, 4x4 duallys are just street legal tractors if you ask me.
We need more clips with sound of these beautiful trucks!
Working on it! The first gen legitimately blew out my mic trying to record it 😂
@@JustDiesels haha somehow I don't doubt that at all. First gen and 7.3 I was just begging for more. Nice content though. Good editing 👍
Appreciate it! Expect some good sound clips once I get the mic situation sorted on this truck! I’m going to make a head to head exhaust video with the 7.3 too. 🙌
I Love that you kept this CLASSIC ..STOCK
Mine is D250 but same year engine and transmission(maroon). Just had it rebuilt trans 145k original miles. It has a grill guard but like a farm grill. My body is scratched and beaten like a farm truck, but no rust. Still has original radiator. My dad has a 1990 dually auto(white) and my stepmom has a 91 D250 like mine auto and it is blue silver and red stripe. (hers rusty as in 91 they used galvanized). Your truck is gorgeous and it belongs in museum lol take care of it, will drive in your 80s and 90s.
Hopefully I can keep it that long!
Good on you for keeping it how it was. I am absolutely not a Dodge guy, but that is a great looking truck. Amazing deal you got on it too.
beautiful truck, i find it funny that no matter the year, people incessantly complain about the "new emissions BS" :)
I have zero issues with the 13+ trucks, but the 07-12 trucks had plenty of problems and a huge hit to MPG sadly.
What a beautiful truck! I believe that’s Franklin Canyon near the lake.
That is amazing! I like how you want to keep it stock, that's the right thing. I'm the same way with classic vehicles
Gorgeous machine! Credit to the first owner and to you for preserving it! Well done.
Thank you very much!
We need more people like you sir👏🏿
Hopefully these videos inspire a few more!
This is a great story. Thanks for saving this old truck.
At last! A video of this D350!!! I've googled that gen ram and pictures of this truck came up. I saved those pictures because this is my dream truck. It's amazing to see a video of it now!! Thank you for sharing and preserving such a gem.
That’s so cool to hear! Thank you for the support! Comments like yours are exactly why I share all these photos and videos!
That is my dream truck also. A first gen single cab dually. Very stunning and nicely modded a bit with the exhaust. Don’t go crazy with this truck Mabey some nice wheels and leave it. It will be worth it in the end and be a collectors truck left stock! Haha my name is Drew also. I live in Alberta Canada and I’ve owned a few diesel my favourite being my 96’ Dodge 2500 4x4 extended cab long bed 5speed. That one burnt in the wildfire we had. Some day I’ll buy another. Actually have my eye on a singe rear tire 1992 Cummins 2wd. With the 5 speed
No a/c back when men were tough. Beautiful 1st Gen.
dude literally how the hell do u get lucky enough to find these amazing trucks like this?
Beautiful truck man! You got a steal to an awesome classic! I love your style with your trucks keeping them as original as you can.
Man why can’t I ever find deals like that? I’m glad you got to this truck before some kid did and saved it from being hot rodded!
amazing truck, really hoped to hear some of that cummins sound.
Holy grail! 😍 super jealous
SOOOOO.... FRIGGIN.... MINTYYY!!!.. seriously though this truck is a masterpiece.
Wow what a piece of history
That's a great truck. So well done. Proper trans as well.
Saw it in the tdr calendar. Love the truck. I have had mine in the calendar three times. Great video
Do you just leave yours open to your month too? haha
@@JustDiesels I see you are on this month with your third gen. My boy loves that pic.
Dude, you do great work!! So clean and tastefully subtle upgrades, why change a classic like this anyway 10/10
I love it ! I wish I could own one. Maybe one day !
You have an Extremely nice truck! I have the exact same but 91 and in "well used" condition. Wish I had yours LOL. I am in the middle of upgrading to 4x4 with complete stock donor parts.
That's beautiful. I'm doing a '97 12 valve swap on my '98 Cheyenne 3500 twin cab right now.
