Also you have so many neighbors looking into your apartments on both north & south exposures. At the 6-12M price point you could at least hope for something less overlooked by strangers.

This is such a beautiful apartment, very sleek and modern, but it doesn't feel foreign and cold. It feels welcoming and homey, which is really rare to find when you get modern million dollar apartments. Totally worth 6 million dollars.

Huge misconception that salt water pools don't have chlorine. The whole point of a salt water pool is to generate chlorine automatically so you don't have to add it manually. It uses a salt water generator and through electrolysis creates chlorine for the pool.
The introduction of the toilet!!! no really, the kitchen?? I loved this whole apartment and its minimalistic features. Made me feel like minimalism was most def ALIVE , Alive i say. Id move here .
Really wish you had a separate channel for your “real life” videos (traveling, dog, etc) vs the lux real estate videos. Lux real estate is good and all but personal travels and basic everyday life can be way more interesting.

I've always wanted to live in NYC because of the amount of luxury apartments there is! However there is also a lot of luxury apartments and residences like all those that you have toured in NYC so all cities with a lot of cool apartments like all those(especially New York)are all amazing and astonishing! OMG this is the Soori Highline ! I have been trying to find a review video like this for this building. Love the interior and overall design of this place so much.
I have found the big very expensive living spaces tend to be lonely places, and it still takes awhile to get to places in the city. Novelty of magnificence tends to wear off, u can only live in one space at a time.. if u are highly social and have parties, then a big space works. Real story, whats life like after spending $10to 20 mil on a space and how annoying are monthly maintence costs.
