Overpriced is an understatement. I'd be surprised if the construction of that entire floor of the skyscraper along with the apartment itself cost over 5 million$
I think it’s because it’s on a skyscraper, and it is taking into account how much per floor the skyscraper costs, which would definitely be a lot, and that’s like 40 million of the value of the apartment

Ok guys I think I figured out what your secret sauce is and why this channel beats BY FAR all the rest. Both of you are very understated, discreet. You let those properties shine and speak for themselves. Most of the other youtube property guides are overbearing personalities, acting around, too damn enthusiastic, big words, like give me a break. I just want you to elegantly guide me and let the house be the star! And Enes you manage to achieve just that! I mean, besides having an amazing equipment and being very knowledgeable. Your personalities are soothing, you don't act, you get that it's about the property and you are not trying to be quirky or forcing anything. Love that. Allows me to relax and kick back and let you be my guide. I'd say this particular personality trait is what separates you from the rest.
I'm so happy to see your channel grow and grow everyday, I've been your subscriber since like 100k? subscribers maybe. The units and houses you tour is always gorgeous and make us ( viewers) to have a motivation to work hard, and also because you are good at explaining every detail .It doesn't even sound like you work at real estate you just sound like you're touring us into this beautiful units and house like a friend. I wish you and you're channel the best! Love from the Philippines ♥♥♥

I think they are a goof team! And what a cool job! Getting to look at all these cool places & not have to pay all the fees! I do have to say, it’s fun to see how 1% could live if they chose to
This is the BEST I've seen of the Manhattan super tall/skinny residences. I am a diehard fan of One57 (which I wish you would feature), but this one outshines that building by far. Don't care for 432 Park Avenue. Steinway Tower is nice, but in typical NYC fashion, rather small for the price point. This is so incredibly spacious and warm. As you both pointed out, this is one of the best stagings I've ever seen (who did it?). I'd want to move in exactly as it is! EVERYTHING was so well thought out. Every little detail was simply gorgeous. If I had to be super, super picky, I would say I am used to bigger, more extravagant master soaking tubs LOL. But seriously, I can't imagine something topping this. As always, you did a superb job Enes and Mikey. I don't know how you retain so much information to make these tours flow so nicely. Thank you. Also....there is a matterport tour available of this unit, which allows one to tour it themselves.
The first thing the buyer is going to do is hire a decorator and modify the unit to match their taste. If you could afford a $46m unit, you could afford to tear out the bathroom or anything else you didn't like. Me, personally, I'd take out that crappy little desk in the kitchen and replace it with a tiny condo for my monkey butler.
Triple exposures in both the Living Room and Master is something special. Love the views of the Steinway Tower still under construction. I remember reading about employees in the Empire State Building used to play with the wind rushing up the side of the building and the operable windows with styrofoam cups filled with a bit of water in an attempt to gauge (bet?) the exact volume in order to produce a steady state of lift lol. I wonder if you could play with that here with those operable window panels? It is a beautiful super tall tower.
Great video Enes! You do an excellent job showcasing. Everyone thinks of their dream home, but personally, paying $46 million for just an apartment is pretty ludicrous. But if you got the money and have to live in that area... I guess to each his own!
Of all the reviews Enes makes, my favorites are the ones from New York. It’s just something special about a huge luxury unit in a sky scraper with a view of the city, especially at night with all the lights. It’s just something special about it.
I was hoping for the exact same thing! This 65th floor apartment was one of the nicest I've ever seen. That's why I would really love to see the penthouse of this building. I doubt I could even imagine how it would be!
That apartment is STUNNING. There is little i would change. The staging is IMPECCABLE. One of thee BEST you have toured thus far. At 22:23, what EXACTLY is that LARGE opening? Is that someone's living room view??!! Whatever the case, I am speechless...
Now I desire with all my heart to watch the penthouse of this building even just to peek. I Hope Enes can get there anytime in the future even if it's not on sale
I would get vertigo every time I looked out the window, it’s sooo high up! Maybe it’s just me but I always want to live as close to ground floor as possible so I can get out of the building as quickly as possible in an evacuation situation.
It's a very eye-pleasing and certainly comfortable unit with many top-quality amenities. I really like the way how they designed those fresh-air inlets. :) Despite that there is a shortage of some necessary (in my opinion) additions: - library or a designated study/conceptual work room separate from the rest of the living area - gym area (there is a wellness area and a swimming pool but that's something different) - open-air patio BTW those exposed hinges while aesthetically nice, are a major health-hazard in case someone falls.
I don't think the central park view will be last long. It's just a matter of time till a new tower will be build in front. But I still like the apartment a lot, looks pretty cozy.
they will last because most air rights in the area have already been bought and used for he hyper-slender skyscrapers in the area and most of the gaps between them are occupied by historic buildings that will not be built upon.

I know right! It feels like a large house. (It’s actually larger than my house!)
I like the perfect mix of coziness and space. You can argue about the choice of lamps.
Glad you liked that detail!
Just imagine waking up everyday to witness such an amazing and spectacular view..
i know, right? the view is insane!
@@EnesYilmazer You are on your way to 1 million subscribers🎉🎉
This is one of the most beautiful apartments I've ever seen. It actually doesn't look like an office space!
happy to hear that! glad you like the apartment!
Love from the Philippines ♥♥♥
thank you for your support! appreciate it!
3:45 I got this huge pang of anxiety that raced through my body at this moment: I thought he was gonna slide the whole thing open like a ranch slider door! My hands are still all tingly lol.
The way this cameraman makes his comments is so funny. It's like he's reading from a cue card.
I think they are a goof team! And what a cool job! Getting to look at all these cool places & not have to pay all the fees! I do have to say, it’s fun to see how 1% could live if they chose to
So fascinating ❤️. Bedrooms are massive compare to other luxury apartments in NYC.
glad you like the apartment! its a good one!
This is the reason Mondays are my favorite days of the week!
thank you so much! i'm honored!
It is a beautiful super tall tower.
oh wow thanks for the cool fact! glad you like the apartment too!
"in front of us we got the billionaire's row" I think they can expand that row to this apartment as well for that price ._.
LOL it's actually also part of billionaires row
It's actually 2 rows
This episode is even better than any Netflix tv show episode 🔥🔥
The furniture WOW!
I really enjoy these nyc tours cause the apartments are so beautiful and different from La homes 💛
thanks for the feedback!!
Great video Enes! You do an excellent job showcasing. Everyone thinks of their dream home, but personally, paying $46 million for just an apartment is pretty ludicrous. But if you got the money and have to live in that area... I guess to each his own!
ENES IS BACK IN NEW YORK! I DONT THINK IVE EVER CLICKED ON A NOTIFICATION SO FAST! LOVE YOU ENES!
wow thank you so much! you are the best!
Of all the reviews Enes makes, my favorites are the ones from New York. It’s just something special about a huge luxury unit in a sky scraper with a view of the city, especially at night with all the lights. It’s just something special about it.
Excited. Hope you tour the the top penthouse.
i will see what I can do!
I was hoping for the exact same thing!
This 65th floor apartment was one of the nicest I've ever seen. That's why I would really love to see the penthouse of this building. I doubt I could even imagine how it would be!
I love that apartment so much, from the way the structural support looks on the inside, the color palette and the stunning interior! :D
This guy knows his stuff! I'm sold on this apartment!
Thank you!
This is one video that I can actually agree that views are incredible. And I just learned that NY has fresh air...
This is my dream future appartement, the designs are just perfect
Glad you like it!
Why do these always look so much more premium and classy than the LA homes? Keep up the great work Enes.
glad you like the apartment! its a good one!
Even in my dreams I'd be way too poor to get this masterpiece.
Never say never, you can afford it but you dont know it yet.

That apartment is STUNNING.
There is little i would change.
The staging is IMPECCABLE.
One of thee BEST you have toured thus far.
At 22:23, what EXACTLY is that LARGE
opening? Is that someone's living room view??!!
Whatever the case, I am speechless...
Now I desire with all my heart to watch the penthouse of this building even just to peek.
I Hope Enes can get there anytime in the future even if it's not on sale
i will see what I can do!
Despite that there is a shortage of some necessary (in my opinion) additions:
- library or a designated study/conceptual work room separate from the rest of the living area
- gym area (there is a wellness area and a swimming pool but that's something different)
- open-air patio
BTW those exposed hinges while aesthetically nice, are a major health-hazard in case someone falls.
Wow, that's a cozy and appealing apartment. Great design and views. Lovely!
I don't think the central park view will be last long. It's just a matter of time till a new tower will be build in front. But I still like the apartment a lot, looks pretty cozy.
I was wondering about that too? If that Central Park view goes, I’d imagine some of the value of the apartments in this building will too 🤔
@@DavidDatura The value of apartments in the entire city will go down as virtually all of NYC is on the market right now.
@@jackfntwist there are always ebbs and flows in the market. A once in a lifetime pandemic has also come into play.
they will last because most air rights in the area have already been bought and used for he hyper-slender skyscrapers in the area and most of the gaps between them are occupied by historic buildings that will not be built upon.
