In this weeks episode we are touring one of the most unique listings in NYC at 66 9th Ave Residence #6! This home is truly one of kind with the most creative details throughout the living space. Comment your favorite part of this one of a kind listing!
I love how you showed the apartment step by step like a real walkthrough, instead of bits and pieces of camera shots here and there that make us imagine the pieces like a puzzle. Makes it easier to decide whether I want to spend the 26 mil dollars I absolutely do not have. But ironically, that's exactly why I'm watching.
It’s insane how much you’ve grown in such a short amount of time. I remember when I was watching “The ultimate New York Christmas guide” and you were in your studio apartment showing us how you make the best use of limited space. Now you’re in luxury real estate with what is soon to be your dream home. It’s amazing to see really. Keep going brother!
Erik this was the best video i have seen, The Ace is Back! There is literally nothing you left out it was the perfect video. All the details, floorplan and showing all of the house! This was epic! Keep it up.
@@visionist7 That's right because they are real screws that are driven to attach the bezel to the case. The Royal Oaks bezel screws are not rotational and only there for decoration so they is no real or genius engineering behind them looking all aligned like with the example of the column paneling in this exquisite property.
This is one of the most gorgeous apartment I've ever seen, so much attention to details, from the entrance, floor, furnitures, ceilings even the screws. I like the way he walks like he's trying not to scratch the floor. Amazing video!
Erik Conover's channel is the Unbox Therapy of Apartments.I just love watching all these luxury apartments in the channel. Its motivation to work even more hard.
The location isnt worth the price imo. Why would you wanna pay that much to live on the 5th-6th floor in the meatpacking district? If i payed that much for a nyc apartment I'd rather have less space but a nicer view on a higher floor
@@visionist7 No one is buying these outrageous luxury “apartments” since most of the wealthy have left NYC. Let’s see how long it will stay on the market.
I really enjoy when things are detailed like this. This demonstrates a huge level of commitment and interest. That meticulously-made video perfectly suits this apartment.
Beautiful! I think the bar room and the man's closet were the cherry on top of the sundae that is this apartment. Spacious bedrooms (even the children's) that were beautifully designed. The control switches for the lighting were the little touches of true in-your-face luxury. This is a place that was designed to really live in, but is also spacious and lends itself to entertaining.
Wait a second! I was a sub contractor at this place! My boss and I did the millwork and installed some of the brass! J.V Woodworking worked with Think Construction on this job! :D
You nailed this apartment tour! Some of your recent ones seemed to lack your own personality but with this one it was interesting and entertaining to watch. Great job!
I had to watch it twice just to make sure I didn't miss anything, but honestly the whole entire layout is pretty darn spectacular. If I had to boil it down to what would make me sign the dotted lines to take this baby off the market....it'd definitely have to be a) that DOOR and b) that KITCHEN and finally c) that TERRACE! Oh and the light switches are a very chic yet understated luxurious touch! Bravo!
Ain't we all inspired?! ♥️♥️🤩😭 This man is INSPIRATIONAL, my South African self feels less of a failure when I watch people like him. You're doing a great job man, keep it up.
Not sure about my favorite feature in the residence, but I liked what you did with the highlighting of the rooms in the floorplans as you went along. Nice touch to put things in perspective. Good job as usual.
Nice. The many 'custom' touches that are now made exclusively, are fabulous. Likewise, your information on costings is well worthy of inclusion, as it the more complete coverage. Excellent work.
I have watched your videos for years, and this has been the best video you have ever released. I was beyond satisfying, keep it up Erik, and thank you for bringing the vlogs back!
Got to say, this is my favourite one so far! I am late to your channel and am devouring all these videos, pure escapism! This one is so elegant and even though it has all the mod cons, it has that Grace and sophistication of times gone by!
great video and apartment! however I can definitely see that pocket door to the kitchen (5:30) being a "walking-into-hazard" XDXD it´s so perfect that it looks almost invisible
This tour was so well done, so complete. It was easy to follow as well as appreciate the details you described. Thanks for not ruining it with a "chopped up" video...And you never know who might see this.....
Imagine paying 26.5 million dollars to look outside the window and see ads on every building :') The house I live in might not be luxurious, but at least I have an awesome view on mountains and sleep can with open windows to get woken up by birds chirping 🙈 I would really love to see some luxurious buildings on more outlying places! Because the most valuable thing to me in the world is silence and nature! :)
it's great for you, but there are enough people out there who value other things like culture and dining, work and entertainment. You don't get it in places with mountains and birds chirping, unfortunately.
Definitely top of the line. The brass lining on the floor is a perfect example of the attention to detail. With a Meat Market location, should be a easy, pretty quick sell. Being able to still push forward during this difficult time just shows future success for you. Congrats once again!
Your videos are amazing man. Your Property reviews are amazing. Your presenting skills are top. I really respect you and your work, it's top quality. Please continue making more property videos
This is probably my favorite property you have done! Will you answer one question though? Does the apartment come with the furniture when it is purchased?
My favorite feature is the marbled fire place!!! It's just as luxary as cozy that salon is 😍😍😍 Your videos are amaziiing if I have the money right now, I'd buy this hahahahaha
Normally there is something that I really did not like about the high-end units- This place was the exception. I loved everything but the straight jacket and that was so minor- I can say this place was crazy awessome.
