I got the unit but the sound quality is not great, I think it’s because it connects to the bottom old unit then go out to the speakers, any other way to improve sound? Like without going through the bottom is it not doable?

6:47 what you connect the old wire to display unit to? Did you run the long wire to the base unit at bottom.
I have a same one and cannot get the 360 works.
