i like nato rails for top and side handles now. The best side handle ive ever owned is by farrrr the SmallRig Nato (rotating) handle. Dude, its a BEAST, and makes it so you can literally hold your camera comfortably in any angle or way so effortlessly. Only thing id say is its a little hefty, but so worth it man. SmallRig is 🔥
@@BryceKoebel Bro its soooo nice!!! Its wayyy better in person to use it than to just see it online. i would 1000 percent suggest you buy it! I was skeptical at first cause it's like 70 something dollars but it used to be 100, and even if it were, it was so worth it the moment I opened the box and used it. HIGHLY recommended. It's so fun and convenient to use. LMK if you end up getting it!
Hi Bryce, This workflow looks really good. I am using and a6700 and it doesn't have slog2. Have you tried using slog 3 with the rest of the settings? Thanks
been wondering if top handle is worth getting for more stable shots... my current set up is either shooting handheld with both hands on cam or holding a bottom handle (the Sony vlogging grip) and then running my footage through catalyst browse.... I wish my camera had horizon lock
100%. It's so much more stable with a side or a top handle because your hands are away from the camera. It gives it some more weight too so that helps. I'd say the close your hands are to the camera the more shakes you'll get. But having a top handle is good for a below-the-beck angle, which is why I also recommend a side handle :)

Awesome to see how much the nato rail systems simplified the rigs!
