    Thank you for the wonderful practices. If you could please consider the following two suggestions
    1. Increase the volume for your videos.
    2. If you could flip the videos, so that your right and our right is the same. It becomes very confusing to follow along sometimes...

      Hi Jigisha, so happy you are enjoying the channel. Thank you for your suggestions. I appreciate it. When it comes to mirroring left and right, don't get caught up on what side you are doing. It really doesn't matter if you are doing right while I am doing left. What is most important is your connection to your breath, body and the moment.     I woke up early morning to try your 30 minutes morning qigong practice with a plan that I will tuck myself under cover after. End up that a lot of sweat running down from head and stomach. Wondering how slow and relaxing movements can cause lot of sweat. Thank you for a wonderful teaching. Now fully awake after showering.

    Amazing advice yet again Bodhi. I did this flow as you have advised me,as part of alternative days to the weightloss qigong video.Happy to say it seemed to go quite well for my first time,need some practice,especially with "tucking my tailbone " in & keeping it tucked in😬

    I just started following. Your practices are very doable for beginners. I am enjoying them and the inner peace I find while doing them. BTW: Your yard is lovely and relaxing. Is that a catwalk behind you for Buddy? 😻

    Good morning what happens to the winter Qigong? I've been doing the hbp and it's still coming also what do you do to get rid of cyst on kidney we need a nbr for you so we can speak sometimes

    I've been working out with you and I still have fat around my waist and belly and still fighting with hbp also what do I do to get rid of cyst on kidney
